Most of the hotels ive been parking its free for costumers , n this one you have to pay 30 a day. Also usually they can call for a taxi, on this hotel no. i asked before i went in the guy say yes then when we were ready to leave, he said you need to do it download the uber app 😆😆. that was going to take longer so we decided to take the car 🙄. the food was expensive , the room was superr clean that was the only thing i liked. i got this hotel because of the reviews but my honest review i would not revommended.

Great hotel with a perfect location if you are going to the SAP Center. Wonderful, clean, and spacious rooms. The free continental breakfast was a wonderful added bonus!

I only stayed here one night. The place is great and it's just a short walk from SJ Civic. The room was really comfy and quiet. The lobby and rooftop are both great. We didn't get a chance to try their breakfast. There's a $30 charge for parking and we literally couldn't find any! We ended up parking in a spot where a bunch of construction stuff was piled up, so I'm taking off a star for that.

Excellent hotel, staff are most helpful. Rooms are maintained to s high standard. The breakfast is also a very good start to the day.

Amazing bring new hotel , everything is new and the kitchen with everything that you need is a big plus The bad side , pay for parking , It’s not at the central of downtown, but I did not mind to walk 20 minutes and

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at TownePlace Suites. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the convenient location, the amenities, and the overall peaceful atmosphere. The housekeeping team did a great job, and the entire property was kept in excellent condition. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area for business or leisure. Thank you for a great experience!

Also, the breakfast was not as described in the listing. It was far from a continental breakfast and overall felt very basic and below expectations.

The only think that the hotel could provide for free and they didn’t was the Parking.
