Parking a little bit tight but it worked out well for me with a Ford Explorer I have had a lot worse. Everything else was perfect the location, the staff and especially the historic rooms we love them

Second time here. Great location, easy to walk anywhere. Friendly staff. Bar and Deb”s in the basement for breakfast and dinner.

We had a lovely time and the room could not have been more quaint. The staff was excellent!

Solo trip, loved the convenient location to the riverside shops & restaurants, as well as all the squares and historical homes. I had a corner room on the 2nd floor, lovely decorated and quiet at night. The daily maid service is an excellent touch, not done in larger hotels. The drink station (coffee, water & sodas) is great. Nightly you can have one free beer or wine at the bar. Would recommend and stay again!

Great location and good parking in front when available. Parking deck was also close and easy to get to. They give you a code to use on your phone.

I was a little skeptical at first because the lobby smelled a little musty and it is an older in, but the room was spacious and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff could not have been nicer and not having to pay for parking was a big plus! Very conveniently located across from River Street and some wonderful restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at this motel 25 years ago on our honeymoon and decided for our Anniversary to stay there again, and it was as special this time as last!!! We were so excited to get the same room as before, and it was as special as before. The room was like going back in time. The only difference was the tv, and the bed (it was a king bed that was so comfy), and the bathroom that had been updated with a walk-in shower and beautiful tile. The chairs and couch was very ornate besides being comfortable. But, what made it so precious was the hardwood floors that creaked as you walked across them. I know this is long, but we so enjoyed our stay!!!
