Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District

Very nice hotel. Went for just a night getaway with my husband and the room was great. The staff were helpful and kind. The property is gorgeous.

Our stay was great walking distance to everything in downtown, and fantastic restaurants. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly so they did move us to another room. But other than that, our stay was great.

The location of the hotel was great and it was very quiet and clean. I would like options for rooms with a balcony or facing the main road!

Your greatest asset was your lovely concierge, I believe her name was Bert! So helpful so lovely! The coffee pot it the room was broken other than that it was a lovely stay and trust me the coffee pot wasn’t important

Great location and a quick walk to River street. Lots of dining options. Friendly and helpful staff, nice modern, clean, and comfortable room. Was a great experience for a night in Savannah.

The location was great and the staff was always friendly and helpful. I loved waiting on the couches in the lobby with a coffee waiting for my husband. It felt very homey. The rooms were perfect-beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern.

The hotel is in the perfect location for enjoying the historic district. Parking was simple and any time we needed our vehicle, valet had it sitting and waiting for us. The room was very spacious as compared to others we have stayed at in the historic district. It was very well maintained and extremely clean. If using the hop-on, hop-off trolley, there is a trolley stop right outside the hotel. The only negative thing I can say is that the noise from City Market was very audible on weekend nights. By Sunday night, though, when crowds had left after the weekend, we heard nothing. We will most definitely stay here again!

Very good overall stay.

We stayed here for my son’s engagement celebration, it was so convenient and really nice place to stay. Only thing we didn’t love was the breakfast wasn’t too great and extra charge but lots of other options nearby.

Parking was too expensive and subcontracted by the hotel. Staff was not friendly or accomodating to our needs/ requests

Check in was 4:00 and the room wasn't ready until 5:30. Not happy about that

No complimentary breakfast, 40+ a night to park. If you are looking for a quiet place don’t get a room near the main road, Bay Street. Hotel was roomy, clean but lost sleep do to the traffic.

My husband and I stayed for one night on the drive from FL to NJ and it was a wonderful experience. Great location, beautifully renovated, very clean, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Would definitely return! Just note that the parking is $50 a night, it’s not included with your stay! But the valet is convenient and well staffed.

The location is prime too, everything you want is within walking distance. Highly recommend

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable Very loud at night, cars racing every night and people yelling. We got no sleep. The room was cleaned once, we had to ask for towels and coffee every day, ran out of toilet paper, tissues, body wash and was not restocked. Trash was not taken out.

Fairly good location and the venue in general is quite OK. They promised us to check in in a certain room and when we got there, they gave the room to somebody else. They tried to say they were gonna give us some points, but not cool.

Additionally, there was no body wash in the shower (the dispenser was empty on check-in). I went and requested a refill from the front desk, but it never happened. During my stay, the air conditioner in the gym was broken, which made it unusable. This is a big deal for me. I rigorously filter for hotels with good gyms because that’s a priority for me.

For the price, it may be expected a breakfast at least buffett for a fee. Limited staff to cover during breakfast to order impacted service. The breakfast food was good.

Love the proximity to City Market and shopping area. It was really nice to have coffee setup in the lobby, but I wish the little convenience area had more items.
