We were scared arriving after seeing the reviews even bringing our own toilet paper but everything was clean and in working order.

Rooms are not clean but the pool is fantastic!

Showers had mold on the ceiling,dirty toilets.I had to be moved rooms The room I was moved to was better but still sub par.out dated hotel and not clean.I wouldn't stay again.

Water pressure was very high on the sink. The USB outlets were not working on both lamps. Handle on the toilet was loose. It took too long to fill up with water to flush. Fill the toilet with sink water. No hot water in bathtub, only warm. Ceiling was peeling in bathroom and room. Bathroom smelled like pee when we came in. There was a dip on the left side of the mattress. The shower curtain smelled of mildew.

Upon arrival, I was placed on the backside in the semi dark, with my kids (16,13,4,1) kids. Now, the room was FILTHY and it STANK!! Smelled of mold, mildew, cigarettes (in a non-smoking facility). The carpet had spots from the 1900s. There were roaches (dead and alive). The toilet ran all night. The sheets were clean, but had black and brown spots (we had to sleep on our own blankets). I had to buy cleaning products, candles, and roach spray to clean. It was late when we got back to the room, and I had already paid. There were no refunds, so we stayed. I also had a deposit and only got half of it back bc “we messed up the sheets”. I made a video, but it was an hour away in my son’s phone, and he was still sleeping during my checkout, so I couldn’t show the room. At checkout, I was asked why I didn’t complain, I didn’t get back to the hotel until around midnight after checking in at 3:30pm. And when I went online, it said no refunds. I didn’t want another room, I wanted my money back. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. If you’re planning a visit and need hotel accommodation, look ANYWHERE except Ramada Inn.

Just not a good hotel. Everything is broken and they double charged my for my stay and have yet to refund it

Upon check in, took about 20 minutes to be checked in and was made aware that the breakfast kitchen was under construction, and thus there would only be a pre packaged grab and go breakfast, with no hot offerings like currently advertised on the website. Room was very unclean with dirt on the floors and around all of electrical sockets. Further two of the lights did not work and bathroom has black mold on the ceiling. When we requested to change rooms in the morning to a king size room, as the double bed was very uncomfortable and room was unclean, I was met with yelling and hostile questioning about why I had not come and asked to switch sooner. It was very late when we checked in and august explained this. The general manager instructed me to get my stuff out of the room and then she would re-ass to “see what she could do”. We went back to the room and were met outside by an employee with our new room information. Not what was communicated to us and was a very confusing and unpleasant experience. The room we were moved to was like the photos online and much nicer. Pillows were very flat and only a thin sheet on the bed, loud AC and dirty shower curtain. Very nice pool and great area with parking right outside our room. Very large bathroom sink and good storage.

The carpet was stained and filthy, the bedding looked used and smelled musty, and there was dust and grime on every surface. The bathroom was worse—mold in the shower, a stained toilet seat, and what looked like hair from previous guests still in the sink and toilet. Housekeeping clearly hasn’t been thorough in a very long time. There was even broken finger nails under the mattress. Our daughter’s feet were completely black from the CARPET!! We had to continuously clean them and her socks and everything were stained. The entire building felt outdated, unkempt, and frankly unsafe. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough and would never recommend this place to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere—this hotel needs a complete overhaul, both in cleanliness and management.

Phone, tv and ice maker did not work. It took over one hour for maintenance to get here.

I’m very disappointed in this location. I wish I wish I read the reviews before selecting this hotel. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. We were only left half a roll of toilet paper. The carpet is dirty and stained. The phone in the room does not work so I had to walk back to the main office to request more toilet paper. I will add more in the morning. The pictures were extremely old on the advertisement, this place is a total dump and I’m upset my children are stuck sleeping in this nasty room.

Won't recommend this place, went with family for a day, felt very unsafe. The room was changed on request bec it was smelling of strong tobacco, the other room was little better. Realized the reception guys was trying to be helpful but the property has nothing to offer.

The receptionist was very nonchalant-not rude just bland. The 1st room smelled like pure mildew. I immediately started feeling nauseous when I walked in. The beds were disgusting, walls dingy, bathroom horrible. The electric didn’t work on some items. We requested a different room. That room smelled as if someone was sitting in there smoking, furniture was filthy and falling apart. Never again. And for it to be by Wyndham, I was utterly surprised of the condition.

Computer was down so check-in took over half an hour. Parts of the property were under rehab including the kitchen so breakfast was a granola bar and coffee. ☹️

It was a decent hotel for our 1 day trip to Savannah.

Stay was okay. Pool was nice. Lady at front desk was nice. Sheet and blanket were both paper thin. The kitchen is being renovated so breakfast consisted of oatmeal, pop tarts, apples, coffee, juice, and tea. Need to remove breakfast included until their kitchen is done because that was a big reason we picked this place. Ice was only available by the front desk. All in all probably wouldnt stay here again.

I was disappointed when I arrived, the pictures online were so deceiving we didn't even stay at the hotel. My kids were so afraid to get out of the car, the room next to the one we got looked like it had been kicked in and raded or something scary. I would not recommend this place.
