I truly don’t think this should be considered a resort. It felt much more like a boring hotel. My boyfriend and I wanted a staycation with a resort style pool to hang out by. The pools do not feel resort style whatsoever. There is no lifeguard. Families had moved chairs all around in the pool and it looked like an absolute disaster. Towels everywhere, bags with food falling out everywhere. We were so disappointed, we packed up our things and didn’t even stay the night. We were there for just a few hours. Wish we could’ve gotten our money back.

The resort is beautiful! Loved the pool and bar, such a fun surprise to borrow bikes and cruise around town! Staff were so friendly and welcoming! We had a wonderful day!!

Overall very nice. 1st room had broken light and fridge broken, but 2nd room was nice.

We always enjoy our stay here. They added green areas for the kids to run around and play different yard games. The check in staff is helpful and kind. My kids love the cookies and the staff doesn’t make me feel guilty asking for them a couple times a day. The breakfast buffet was really nicely done. Definitely worth the money. Not huge but what was there had variety of both healthy items and nice morning treats.

clean room

Great place to stay central located to most places. Some construction updating property but it didn't effect us manager was great. Only complaint some rooms are very far away, only 2 stories, elevators are only at one end. You still need to walk a ways to restaurant etc. Very nice staff. Some resort fees wecwere not aware of because we booked on 3rd party website Expedia and they were not mentioned. So ask!

This is a beautiful place to stay. The rooms and grounds are beautiful and the pools are magnificent.

The pool was nice and the lounge area near coffee shop. Other than that, the property needs renovation. The grounds, the elevators and the rooms were not worth the price I paid for 2 nights. The food was mediocre at best and rooms were dirty and smelled of old. The beds were not comfortable. Will not go there again.

Nice but could’ve been better

Traveled solo and I felt safe and really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and the staff were nice and welcoming.I will say I didn’t realize how big the property was so be prepared to get your steps in. Overall nice visit.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We don’t live far. It’s a nice staycation when we need a night of relaxation away from home! I do have to say, this time there was a bit of a mosquito problem inside our room. We killed a few, but my son was bit a few times throughout. And, our tv kept freezing up in the middle of shows and we had to turn it on and off several times throughout the night. That was frustrating! Maybe they need a better internet service for the hotel. I have never stayed at a hotel where that has happened before. That was a little disappointing!

Pool was clean, plenty of room. Breakfast buffet very good

Hotel is in a great location and they will even provide transportation for you if you’re going to dinner nearby. We’ve stayed in the past and it was great, however, this time I felt like the rooms were really dirty. The first room had bugs in the bathroom and the second room had hair on the bed. The staff was helpful in fixing it but still felt like a very different experience than our previous stay.
