Do not get a room with a kitchen. They are usually cheaper, but they smell.

It is good for someone running on a budget The staff are very un-courteous. Including the supervisor. I see element of profiling in the way they handle guests

Beds are horrible need better beds. I had to go to the hospital because my back was hurting so bad. I’m sleeping on the bed.

The manager was very kind, But the overall hotel experience was poor. The hallway carpet was nasty. The trash around the hotel was disgusting!

They did return my money for the deposit

The beds were so comfortable! Maybe the size of the bedroom.

In the description of the hotel it said breakfast was included. This only meant pre wrapped items and not any cooked food or any fruit.

The location, and staff. The price for our stay was nearly double whar we have paid at this location in recent past. The tissue box in oir room was empty on arrival, the front desk said they had no more. Roaches were observed in our room.

This place is what you would expect for the price point. The room was clean, but things in the room were dated and not pristine condition. The amenities were minimal. The walls were thin. The location is good. It is close to another hotel that has a restaurant/bar on site across the parking lot and the Old Orchard mall is across the overpass with lots of dining and shopping options.

Couldn’t totally shut the windows.

Morning front desk staff is a wonderful asset to your team. Cheerful, professional and attentive to detail.

The location was convenient. Room was clean. I requested a quiet room and the request was honored. Would have liked a coffeemaker in the room.

A bit dated but clean. The fire alarm was set off multiple times due to people attempting to cook in their rooms.

You're employee in the front was unprofessional and racist. I waited for ten minutes. Instead of apologizing she was rude and refused to serve me. You're unprofessional employer you hired to work the front desk she should be fired because you lost a customer for life.
