Nice location, easy access. The items in the lobby for purchase were super overpriced, so bring your own snacks/drinks. LOVE that it's dog friendly. Had a great time loving on strangers dogs! The coffee pods in the room had great coffee.

Fire or smoke alarm was going off randomly all night. Front desk didn't care. They said "someone is vaping". Complained about in the morning and they still didn't care. They also charged us $75.00 for bringing a dog.

The walk way into my room, the title floor was very sticky. I was charged $12 for 2 bottles of water I didn't have. It took 15 mins to check out because I couldn't find someone to check me out.

This property was awesome. And all the staff was so nice. Very good dmelling rooms. Wish we had more than just 1 night here.

We chose this hotel because is was close to my sons house. Also, we read some of the reviews. It was rated good or excellent must of the time. We give a poor review. Since we arrived, we were confronted with one situation to another. Such as: we noticed the entrance and hallway floors were not clean and mop. We got to our bedroom and the iron board was broken. The following day I tried to connect the hair blower in the bathroom to dry my hair. The electricity shot down in the bathroom. When we came back that evening we noticed there were not additional toilet paper. Then we were going to take a shower and the shower gel dispenser was empty. We had to called to bring us some. It took them more an hour to bring them and it was because I called them back to remind them. We did not how to put the shower gel on the dispenser. Waited for next day to someone to install it. The only day the room was clean not clean correctly. The crew forgot to wipe coffee spots from tables, stands and crumbs. They did not leave extra cups to make coffee in daily bases. We spent 4 nights at this hotel. We were very disappointed and we are not planning to come back again.

The bathroom in #211 has a sewage smell both days. Other than the disgusting smell coming from the bathroom the property was clean. The front desk clerk (Naadirah) was AWESOME with a capital A baby! She was knowledgeable about the property. She let me know where to find the amenities and she was always smiling and pleasant! The only reason I didn't overly complain on the bathroom is because of her.

Really warn down! Room run down and house keeping needs to be retrained. Skipped our cleaning, no soap etc…

Nice lobby and modernized facilities that include smart rooms. You can check in via the Hilton honors app and receive a digital key and tv remote will connect to mobile devices via the app.

Easy check in, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub, friendly staff. Wished that breakfast was included. No complaints.
