It was okay for the most part.

I stayed s total of 4 days before my room was because I requested. I was told that they were short on workers. Otherwise good good service.

Older property and could use updating. But it was clean. Housekeeping did not come every 2 days during my stay and when I requested it due to full garbage and needing towels, it didn’t happen. Staff was friendly but frustrated by lack of follow thru.

I had no hot water for my morning shower. When I called the front desk to complain, the manager just said, I will notify the maintenance people. No apology or compensation offered.

The beds are comfy, the staff are very nice, and great location! No microwave in the room.

Helpful staff and great amenities. Quality breakfast, and gym. There is even a pool table in the lobby. Interesting setup with Tru and Home2 suites sharing opposite ends of one long building. I would definitely stay here again.

I think the breakfast was a little lacking as far as quality. But the choices were exceptional, and the lady's in that area were very pleasant as well as the cleaning service person. Other then the quality of the food, my only complaint was the lack of enthusiasm of the oerson that checked me in. People should be remember to be himble and non-judgmental towards travelers. I was traveling to attend a graduation of a family member at TRC Smyrna. As I said above. I think the quality and freshness of the breakfast could have been improved as well as the enthusiasm of the person that took my card when I checked in. Now, he wasn't rude, but he didn't seem happy to see me.

Though local, I frequently stay here just to get away. The room is always clean. Breakfast is a true breakfast with hot foods with hearty to healthy choices. No outrageous, incidental fees, and the one time that I had an issue (loud children at play) they moved me to the top no hassle. Love it here. Paying a mortgage but TRU is a part of my self care.

Very large and clean room. The location was very good. No water at the breakfast. Many may not drink coffee or juice. So providing water would be great

Location was good and bed is comfortable. Walls are so thin we could hear our neighbors from 11:30pm until 1:00am when we called the desk to ask them to turn the music down. We could hear conversations very clearly so it kept us awake. Very frustrating as we were there for an early morning soccer game. Will not pick a Tru by Hilton again!

When we arrived the room wasn’t ready because of staffing issues so we waited two hours. Which wasn’t a big deal because we wanted a clean room. Once we checked in there were towels from a previous stay hanging up behind the door in the bathroom and there were spots on the wall as if something was spilled and not cleaned up. The actual room was okay, nothing looked out of order. The staff were nice and polite, very professional.
