Heated pool Breakfast included Location was close to everything Staff were great don’t change anything Children’s play area and Gym open too late into the evening! I would recommend opening and closing hours be posted! IMHO 0800-2000hrs! We stayed in Apt 2 and the scrapping chair and table noise was bad from above Pizza bar! I would recommend some kind of felt or no noise sliders on the legs!

The air conditioning in my room was noisy and not efficient, tried to change the room or fix the problem, through the management , my request was denied ☹️

Sorrento is a very nice city and this hotel is very comfortable and well located to visit it.

Everything was wonderful! Very clean, modern, comfortable, and well staffed. Check in was easy and out room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable - we slept so well with the black out curtains! The bathroom had a rain shower plus all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, and lotion). The robes and slippers were so comfortable! The staff at the front desk and the bar for breakfast were lovely and kind. The location was also ideal as it was quiet and close to everything. We will stay here again next time we are in Sorrento!

The room was beautiful with a great view to the sea. Super clean and felt brand new No hotel parking, need to pay for a close parking lot

The staff was very nice, carried our luggage to the room. We stayed in the studio apartment which was very big and comfortable, had a kitchen with everything we needed. It felt like they thought of everything, there was nothing missing. The room itself has a great view and also from the breakfast room and the rooftop. Highly recommend and it is located in the center, close to everything and a quiet place. Will surely come again!!! Nothing. Everything was perfect

They responded quickly to pre-arrival concerns and questions. Room was small. The breakfast offerings were awful.
