DOMUS SOLE

The room and decor were great. A big room and nice bathroom. Having to go out to get breakfast kind of defeats the purpose of being able to lounge in the hotel. Also, it was not provided in the information that the rooms are on the 5th floor of an apartment building. The rooms were great and the location near downtown Sorrento was good. It was not obvious how to find the place and that it was on the 5th floor.

Room was very hot some days. We can't start the A/C because host said that we can't start A/C before May that's the city rule. We went in April some afternoons are very hot so that was the little uncomfortable. Other than that stay was good Host was very helpful.

I liked very much and I appreciated the hospitality, the room clean, the appetizer food and the breakfast on the mornings, the balcony with a great view, it’s near the center of town. I stayed 4 nights and felt at home. Definitely recommend this accommodation 10/10.

Nice quiet location out of the way but still close to the tourist center. Enjoyed hanging out with the locals at coffee bar where breakfast is provided.

The listing made me believe there was parking. Which there was but only one spot that was taken. I didn’t find out until after I booked the room. Had to park in the municipal lot, which fortunately was around the corner.

Domus Sole was 5*. The room was exactly what we were looking for. Spacious bedroom. Nice massive double bed. Air con if you needed it. The windows also opened on a latch too. Bathroom very good size. Towels replaced every day. Free WiFi. Safe in the room. Balcony too. The room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Thank you Francesca and Salvatore! They also gave us beach towels but due to weather we didn’t use. On arrival, Salvatore showed us round and showed us how to use everything. Before that though. They WhatsApp you the day before giving you info and when we landed they messaged us directions on how to get to Domus sole from the train station in Sorrento. Domus sole is 2 minute walk to a cafe where you get free breakfast (Coffee and croissant) It’s about 10 minute walk to station where you get the train to Pompeii and Naples. It’s a 5 minute walk to main streets/centre. It’s a 15 minute walk to the port for the ferries. It’s in an ideal location. The rooms are on the 5th floor but there is a lift so no problem. If we come back to Sorrento. I will be looking at Domus Sole to see if they’re available! 10/10 5* amazing!

The location was very good. It was near to the old town but in the same time on a smaller street and not noisy. The facilities were new and clean. For example, our room was cleaned every day. There were tee, coffee and snacks as well as some other small details that made our stay even more comfortable. We enjoyed also the nice and large balcony a lot :). We are very satisfied and could recommend the apartment.

Good breakfast

Everything was great! Room is spacious, kitchen is very complete and location is near the city center. The stay included daily breakfast where you could ask for a croissant with ham and cheese. It says that it has AC but we were told that it didn’t have.

Property was great, it was very clean and comfortable

Salvatore was friendly and kindly waited for our late arrival. The room was spotless. The location was very close to the old town and high street. Kettle and tea & coffee provided, and a fridge too.

Perfect accommodation for our family trip. Superclean, comfortable and silent. Salvatore was very helpful. I strongly recommend his B&B.

The locations was good, it was easy walking distance to everywhere. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, a cuppa and a cake, but it was tasty and the restaurant was nice
