Amazing property!

The property was so close to everything in Sorrento and Gianluigi helped us get comfortable right away with amazing suggestions.

Very spacious and comfy. We loved the ability to leave to windows open to let in the fresh air.

Roomy, clean, helpful owners (drove us to port for a fee, helped us get ferry tickets), good shower. Breakfast was only a commercial croissant and fruit. Long walk to restaurants, etc. Very little space to sit outside.

The staff was excellent, picked us up from the ferry, very nice! Beautiful building, very unique. Room opened up onto a view of a nearby field - beautiful! And quiet. It's a bit further from town than I anticipated. About a 15 min walk to the center. You get used to the walk, although walking home at night was a little scary in the deserted streets.

The check-in was very nice and we got helpful info on restaurants and things to see. The owners are really helpful and nice!

Just a note for those of us not used to Italian streets, the address on google maps will take you to the center of a street near the cake art store. Keep walking up the hill (away from the ocean) and take a left hand turn, there you will see the sign for the guest house. You then can ring the buzzer once you climb the steps, choose the option with the name on it.

Everything was good

We stayed here for my girlfriend’s 30th and the hosts made a really nice gesture with Prosecco and flowers. The building was beautiful and the hallways grand. Great distance from the town centre and close to the beaches and restaurants/bars. Would stay here again, thanks to the hosts!

The host was incredibly helpful and personable. The room was very clean and large, especially the ensuite bathroom. The fresh fruit for breakfast was delicious! We were a short 10 minute walk to the main square in historic Sorrento.

A lovely stay, very special with Prosecco for my birthday!

We loved our stay at Anthea Sorrento, our hosts Luigi and Lia were very kind and helpful. Their father was so kind to take us to the train station on our last day! ? Anthea is about a 10 min walk from the centre of Sorrento. We were pleased by this as it was nice to be away from the crowds. We also loved looking out over the lemon trees. The room was very comfortable with a lovely large bathrooms. We especially enjoyed the fruit for breakfast. Also a laundry a 5 min walk away! Thank you very much! ? Nothing! It was perfect!

If you want a 4-5 star hotel, then go book that. This is a lovely little secluded room based in a large building,10-15 minutes on a steady walk away from train and the busy centre. Orange and lemon groves straight out the back of your small balcony. Bathroom, shower and bed all very good. Breakfast in room simple but fine, and loads of fresh fruit. Lovely little bakery/Ice cream parlour (Monica) half way between station and accommodation that we highly recommend for coffee, cakes and Ice cream each day on your walk into town! Little bit difficult to find first time, we suggest the map on the back of the guest card needs to be with you by email before your visit. Left alone completely except on morning of departure when cleaner made it clear we were to leave with lots of noise!!

Very good location, 15 mins from train station and 10-15 mins from the centre. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. The breakfast was good, they put croissant, fruits, coffee etc in the room. Owners are very nice and helpful. The only thing what should be updated on the website: On the booking it says: All taxes included- However we had to pay city tax.

The room we stayed in was lovely, it came with everything we needed. The host was a lovely elder man who spoke little English but came across very sweet and polite, trying his best to communicate. His family member Luigi was great as a translator and offering different transport and tourist services. We liked the location - easy 8ish min walk to centre. It all felt safe and secure and friendly. Daily cleaning and food replacement. Breakfast was not replaced one time, likely because we were in the room at the time the workers were coming around to empty the bin and put in fresh food. However we didn’t receive a knock on the door asking if it’s ok to come in and replace food. This disappointed us as we paid extra for the breakfast inclusion. Otherwise this is the only thing I can think of.
