The Jeffrey Hotel

Very basic. Nothing spectacular. The place was clean, but no real amenities. Good place to sleep for the night.

Clean room, ample parking, friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and well maintained hotel considering how old it is. Right in the center of town so everything is convenient. You have to street park - but finding a spot was never an issue. I highly recommend!

Parking tight. Most guests were asking each other how to check in since it’s all online. Miss the hospitality of a live office person. Close to food, shopping.

Great place for the weekend!

It was a very clean room. Comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. Would definitely stay again!

I did like the proximity to the base. The check in process was new to me but it worked out extremely well. Parking is just right for the number of rooms. It is in walking distance to the beach on the lake and the area was quiet.

Quiet, easy access, close to restaurants, shopping, beach and cozy. Hoping that there was couple bottles of water. Everything else great.

The contactless check-in process did not work for us because we never received the text message with check-in instructions. It seems they did not have my phone number on file, and I did not receive an email either. When we arrived, we were confused because the office was locked and there was no staff available. I had to call customer service to get our room number and access code. Another major issue was the noise. There was a connecting door between our room and the neighboring room that was not well soundproofed. The family next door had an infant, and we could hear the baby crying very clearly. We could also hear every step from the guests in the room above us, making it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, the hotel has a modern concept, but the lack of communication during check-in and the poor soundproofing significantly affected our stay. It was also frustrating that there was no staff on-site to address our concerns.

Easy self check in but no person on the property. Available by text which was fine. Property manager was Accommodating and courteous. Room was simple but everything I needed. Reasonable room rates. Toilet paper was like sandpaper. Other than that it was excellent.

No front desk help because they don't have an employee. The TV did not work, nor did the heater or internet.

Awesome little place to stay, with a nice ambiance. Would definitely stay there again.

Self service sucks

The self check in/check out was really smooth. Customer service was always a text message or call away, which was convenient. The location was perfect, nestled right between Heavenly Village and state line.

Property looks great. Make sure to know this is a virtual check in property. A little different from most. Great customer service.

Place was clean and well maintained. Not much in the way of amenities. I did see an outdoor patio, but we did not use it. The touchless check-in was smooth, but I can see it might be challenging to non-tech suave people. Unfortunately, we had a group of construction workers staying the in the rooms above, and they stomped around in their boots for a couple days, but no fault to the Jeffery. Overall, very nice experience.

Very good location, walking distance to Lakeside beach and Heavenly Village. Hotel itself is not very big, but good enough for a couple for a short time visit. Very clean.
