Very old and run down but I guess you get what you pay for. Bad smells everywhere. Definitely stay somewhere else if you are picky.

I wish the pool would have been open. 😪

Bed was really comfortable, but there was a dip in the middle from all the bodies that have slept in it. I didn't mind, but wear and tear in that way was obvious. Otherwise I'd stay here again. It was quiet and had the essentials I needed for a quality night of sleep.

The toilet seat had a crack on it. The shower tub had mildew/mold. The shower tub was so bad that I did not allow my family to bathe. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice surprise. The sheet on the bed was torn.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is older, so some of the furniture is a little outdated, but our rooms and hotel were clean. Pool water was cold, but very clean. Free breakfast is nice, but they did not have their breakfast sandwiches for several days. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay for the week we were there and would stay again.

Okay place to stay

The room was not ready due to some nasty guests in some of the other rooms. The water was hot, the sheets were clean.The mattress was lumpy and the towels were thin. All and all this hotel is in need of a remodel both physically and staff training. It is close to Reno Airport.

It is a very old property. Everything has poor quality. The front desk staff old lady was nice and helpful. Other than that, if you crash for a night or two, it would be fine, but for 3-5 days stay, I would not recommend it.

The bathroom tile grout was very dirty and hair was sitting on the drain. The tv / satellite was awful. It would lock up during a show and either would not come back on without backing out completely or it would take a long time. The staff changed out the towels, but did not refill the coffee. Very nice staff

Wi-Fi is useless, rooms are old and need to be remodeled. Everything is severely outdated.

Beds are horrible. Traveling all day and not sleeping well because of the beds ia not what I would expect. Will not stay there again

Being from out of state, was welcomed and given hospitality as soon as we entered the door. The place was clean and exactly what we needed for the price. Breakfast was decent and the coffee strong. However, the remote control did not work so no TV was available for the night, until the morning when staff reprogrammed it cheerfully.. Affordability not luxury was the main reason for the stay, and the outdoor swimming pool as well.

Liked the free breakfast and coffee… and the staff are always kind

We loved the big, spacious room. Nice TV but the sofa could sure use a replacement. A nice sofa with a fold out mattress would make all the difference. Not many breakfast options. It’s definitely a bit old and run down. But worked well for us as a stop on a road trip.

Bed had sharp metal sticking out so when u sat on end of bed it cut the back of my heel. I went to get a bandage from from desk so I didn’t get blood on sheets. He came to take pictures he was very nice. He then came back up and said the manager will comp our room but have not seen refund 6 days later sent a message to manager and it’s crickets!!
