This is a very nice Double Tree with friendly, helpful staff, and good maid service. It is much better than larger Double Trees that we have stayed at in the past. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. And as always, the cookies are great!!

The cost of the breakfast wasn't included in the price and the breakfast is overrated. My only negative thought is It'd be nice if breakfast was included in all cost. Other than that clean hotel, nice staff and in great area. The beds are comfy so we continue to come back.

This hotel is newly renovated in soothing colors, it's clean, the staff was wonderful, and who can say no to their delicious chocolate chip cookies?!!! When were in Springdale again we'll definitely stay here!

Staff was very friendly the first room we were in was full of ANTS!!! They were everywhere across the head of the bed and on the nightstand and phone but they immediately switched my husband and I to another room and apologized several times after that everything was great!!

I liked the location, the lobby bar, and the room choices. The breakfast was terrriblle and was overpriced!!! It should have been included with our stay. Even with it being included, I would not eat it again!!

Pool was working! I don’t know how many pools I have booked and get there and it’s closed. It’s always a bummer for the kids.

Our room ordered breakfast was wrong order. A little noisy in the morning with landscaping.

the room was clean but being in a suite on the first floor didn’t make any sense. right across our door was the ice machine so you could here people all night and all morning making so much noise. it was not relaxing. A little disappointed they didn’t have there double tree cookie available during check in. But again the room was nice and spacious.

Quality of room was nice. Thin walls- woke up all night by people in hallway. Water was not hot and couldn’t shower. AC didn’t cool room enough.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I wish the breakfast was included.

Everything was great with our stay! Josh, at the front desk, was amazing! The hotel and rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when coming to the area. Nothing except maybe an option for free breakfast.
