You can not beat the location. Units are a bit run down, but everyone was nice. Easy to st Pete and Tierra verde. You could literally fall out of bed onto the beach!

Guessing this is one of those Corporate owned properties and they are just waiting to collect hurricane insurance money.

the facilities were very deteriorated. the bathroom window could see you people from the hotel next door. the door lock was damaged. there were insects in the bathroom. horrible and very old towels. there was no ceiling light only a lamp working. no lighting at night in the pool areas. very expensive for what is. the only thing in your favor is the location

I never checked in to this property. So it seems they gave my room away. I’d like to challenge this and request a refund for my stay if they filled my room.

Location was nice right on the beach and pools were nice but hotel is kind of old and dirty towels had stains and there is no staff on site after 5pm

bathroom towels Sofá cama mattress had damaged coil springs I prepaid for 2 nights but we left after the next following morning I wished I had read the reviews prior to booking

This property has amazing location right in the beach! Great spot for walking distance to several restaurants and shopping center. Poor quality on rooms. Definitely need an upgrade in the bathrooms and a bigger parking lot. Not a lot of parking space.

Worst dump i have ever seen, large blood stain on bed, dirt and blck mold all over room, locks dont work properly. Real dump wouldn't let a dog stay in this motel

Old towels. Old sheets. Old pillows. Loud courtyard. Not enough parking. Random people hanging out in their cars in the parking lot smoking weed. Overall awful experience. Left a night early because it was so bad.

Location is everything. This property needs updating but the location, close to everything is in my opinion worth the $. It has two pools that are kept clean. Two grills for grilling. The staff are accommodating to the best of their ability. However, they can only work with what they have.
