AC Hotel St. Petersburg Downtown

Stayed here for one night. Paid $300. Got room #632 which had a view of everybody walking by the pool area and the side of another building. It seemed pretty invasive even though there are tints on the windows which prevent people on the outside from seeing in. One of the only few good things about this trip would be Nick with valet, however, his worker who was knew brought my car down from the top floor of the garage, with 0 psi in my tire.. He drove my car on the rim with a red light on the dash showing I had 0 psi. My rim is cracked (likely from this incident) and I now need to get this repaired. When I asked why he would drive the car with 0 psi in the tire, he responded with “I didn’t”…. Yet the entire dash was warning that there was no psi in the tire. I did not have the best experience staying here.

We love staying at this hotel anytime we’re in St. Petersburg. The location is great - close to all the restaurants, shops, etc….

Stylish, clean, comfortable and excellent location Had some issues with ac and mini fridge not working but it was fixed quickly and we were given free breakfast for the inconvenience.

The hotel was very clean, friendly staff and great amenities. You do have to pay for breakfast and the parking garage but the rooms were great and large for hotel rooms.

Additionally, the only parking option available is valet at $42 plus tax. When I asked the front desk about alternative 24-hour parking nearby, I was told they were unaware of any, which was unhelpful. I also want to raise a concern regarding my experience at the front desk. The staff member (bald with glasses) has not been greeting or acknowledging guests of color, including myself, when entering the property. This behavior felt dismissive and concerning.

We had a great stay! The property is in a great location. Walking distance to the pier and restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our room was very clean and comfortable. We would absolutely stay there again.

Basic hotel in great location

Did not eat the breakfast. Location was fantastic. Staff were great. Clean, comfortable room with refrigerator and excellent wifi that was good enough to use for work. Nothing was bad.

Staff was great, hotel was extremely clean and quiet for being downtown.

My experience here was great. Everything was easily within walking distance. The room was clean and staff were friendly and professional. The only negative is valet parking. It’s too costly but other self-parking options were available at a fraction of the cost. I’d advise future visitors to skip the valet and self-park.

It was nice and clean. coffee service in room was short of ingredients. No ice available except at the bar 4 flights down. no option to run fan on a/c so you could have white noise to sleep. toilet seat was loose-I mean all over the seat moving I looked at the $24 breakfast buffet-not impressed. No premium tv service. I had to use my account for youtube. had to download marriot app to use wifi , didn't need more bloat on my laptop. room refrigerator never properly cooled water bottles to reasonable temp was not adjustable quick cool did not work well.

Exceptional

Great hotel, even better staff. We had a small hiccup in the beginning when I checked in. I paid in full when I booked, when I was paying a refundable fee of $100 the computer accidentally charged me $679 (which was the total of 2 nights that I paid already) Bethany who is the manager took the matter in her hands and called my bank to void it asap and within 30 minutes of that incident I had my money back in my account. Awesome staff. Hotel was clean, pool was great. Breakfast menu was really good. Will definitely be back

Great location. Nice property. Very convenient to enjoy Downtown St Pete in a clean and modern Hotel.

Our room was exceptionally clean. People at check-in were very friendly. Had a problem with the television they sent someone up immediately. The location for downtown St. Petersburg was wonderful. The guys who did ballet Parking works exceptionally nice and understanding. We would stay here again I highly recommend it.

Went to this hotel after having a bad experience with a another hotel in town, this hotel was fantastic
