Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly but seemed limited and unsure when an issue arose with a charge to my room. Apparently staff that checked me in did not do something correctly, resulting in charges to my room. The manager did get it resolved when I checked out.

The location is great. The staff was helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable—it exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. I loved the automatic coffee machine in the lobby. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

No staff was at the counter and could hear them in the back. Someone had to go ask them to come out and help. Booked a 2 Queen bed room and was given 1 King size. Had to go back down and get a new room. New room had ants.

The room was clean. The bed was awesome. Shower wasn’t bad. Love the Dove products. The pancakes were ok and the omelette was good. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Our room ac did not work we called it in they never came to check it out but magically started working again after we called worked for like a few hours then turned off again and never came on till we called again idk what they do but I feel like we should be in control of the ac unit not them

There was no manager on site to assist us with a reservation issue as well as room issues. The light next to the bed did not function, the bathroom ceiling was discolored, and the bathroom door creaked loudly when opened or closed. Hotel has potential but is hampered by poor management.

The hotel was great. The breakfast was very good clean and fresh.

I was late for breakfast, but was able to get coffee, fruit, muffins, and cinnamon roll to go. I didn't like the price. I think that nearly $200 for one night for this property is overpriced. The room was nice but it seemed to be an older property. The towels and bath clothes were cheap. I went to Wal-mart to buy towels and bath clothes that were better.
