Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall the inside and outside properties were clean and well maintained. The room was very clean. I like that the floors had no carpet or rug. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent management and friendly staff. Quiet hotel. Parking initially problem but they were painting. Flaw: one elevator which went out of service big problem. Unlike other Candlewoods they had coffee but no hot chocolate and tea for free. Wish they had a continental breakfast or breakfast bag as part of the stay by that applies to all Candlewoods. Nice place. Would recommend

Room was clean but toilet didn’t work on first night there, old toilet. Didn’t realize they’re undergoing renovations or we wouldn’t have stayed there. Women’s bathroom in common area was out of order so we couldn’t even use that one & men’s bathroom was dirty!! We couldn’t get another room since it was booked full.

Usually have no issues when staying here weekly for work. This stay however I did not get house cleaning services at all.

Manager so she could not approve anything but could not provide and documentation that the Situation would be resolved. Of course this was not about her but it was more about the service and the experience in the room. I think it would have gone a lot smoother if she would have followed procedure and immediately called her general manager or Expedia to resolve this issue.

Unexpected $50 fee upon arrival. Construction throughout lobby. No coffee available in lobby. No covered unloading area.

Nice clean hotel. Wifi access is challenging. Connected once with staff code. Never worked with name and room number. I just gave up. Otherwise great stay.

I booked this hotel because it said it had a breakfast buffet and a restaurant on site. Both were not true. The only thing they offered in the lobby was coffee.

Ample parking. Friendly, coirteous staff.

Room was clean. Hotel itself was under renovation. Shower handle would not turn all the way to hot so had to take a lukewarm/cold shower. Handle on bathroom vanity was off and handle on refrigerator was off. Seemed like a sloppy renovation. Bed was clean and comfortable. Not worth the rate fee.
