Holiday Inn Club Vacations Tahoe Ridge Resort by IHG

This was a family friendly option for a summer wedding in Tahoe. Enough space for parent, grandparent and two adult “kids”. Not fancy but comfortable.

i liked the different pool options, 2 outdoor pools, one indoor and a jacuzzi. The scenery was beautiful and i liked the arcade and full kitchen. The shower was also unique due to the double shower heads. Staff was helpful! Cons: Parking garage was difficult, limited space to maneuver while parking. Only one tiny trash bin in toilet/bathroom, No trash bin in bedroom. No sitting chair in the bedroom, i had to take a chair from the dining room. One pool said it was heated, but it wasn't, it was a very cold pool. No Complimentary coffee

View was stunning, and the staff, especially Tamara and Adrianne were so helpful and friendly!!! The fireplace glass in our room was so dirty, you couldn't see the fire! Also, the pillows were too small, and too thick for us.

Clean room in spacious villa. Wish kitchen had a few more utensils etc Coming in at night it was slightly confusing to figure out where things were but the next day was better after finding front desk

So,, you have to be careful where you stay at this resort. Give 4 to 5 stars if staying in main area. Once you go out to the outer buildings 2 stars. Really old and out dated in the outer buildings. Will try not to make the mistake again and ask which area will be staying. So main area is great, if you have to drive back out to main road then bad....

However, the room had a noticeable musty smell as soon as I walked in, which wasn't very inviting. The lack of air conditioning was also a major drawback, especially since the weather was warm. It made the room stuffy and uncomfortable. I booked a room with a view, but was disappointed to find that there wasn't any nice view at all. Another issue was the noise. It seemed like there were hardly any other guests, but the hotel decided to put someone in the room right above us, and they were incredibly loud. It was disruptive, especially in the evenings. Plus, there was rust in the shower, which was pretty unappealing. Overall, the Holiday Club Inn has potential, but needs to address these problems to improve the guest experience.

Stayed here a couple of nights for a wedding. Room was great and the bed was super comfortable. Property is for sure a bit older but well maintained and the kids loved all of the activities offered for them!

I booked room with view but the one we got had no view. When I complained receptionist said they can't do anything. Carpet was in bad shape. It was smelling.
