Everything that was ready, looked good. It seemed to be a lot of construction crew people living out of the place, but they were quiet and respectful, but the parking lot was full every night.

The property was clean. The room was clean. Daily room service was very nice. The patio area was nice. The gas grills actually worked unlike other place we have stayed at.

Clean, comfortable and very roomy with kitchenette with full size fridge. Bathroom was on the smaller side but everything else quite roomy.

The staff were all terrific, especially front desk. Room was clean and roomy. We had two dogs with us and the front desk greeted them with a treat! Breakfast was little on the greasy side (sausage was literally swimming in grease) but our experience overall was very positive.

This was a gem and very reasonable price since it is shoulder season in Steamboat. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
