No bar or food on weekends. Biggest complaint was the A/C unit was so loud, I had to sleep with earplugs!

The people that very nice To access is simple

The bathroom shower had hair that belonged to the previous traveler left in the shower. The toilet would not flush and I had to call the front desk twice for assistance. After the second phone call, they sent an employee to knock on my door. When I opened the door, the employee could not speak English and shoved a toilet plunger at me. When I asked if she could come in and work on the toilet, she thrust the plunger at me again and made a grunting sound. I took the plunger and had to fix the toilet myself. Next, there was no signage stating they would not clean the room so we were surprised when the room was not done. When I went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, she asked me to bring the dirty towels to her before she could give me clean towels. I refused to do that so she gave me clean towels. Horrible, horrible customer service. I would never recommend this hotel. Oh and one more thing, I killed a bug in the bathroom. While it wasn’t a roach, it was in the roach family!

Breakfast was wonderful! Couldn’t access a secure network.

It was definitely a great location. Room was spacious. There’s a rude staff that works evening at the front desk. I believe her name is Karen (Asian lady). She was so rude when my family would request for more towels and sheets. Our room was not cleaned by housekeeping the 2nd night and Karen told us it’s every 4th night but there’s a sign at the front desk that says “every 2nd night” She was not welcoming and was rude when I asked for change to do laundry. It didn’t help that most of the dryer was out of service and they were out of detergent. It was difficult asking for items for my family and I because she works in the evening. When housekeeping did clean our room- they unfortunately did not change the sheets.

From the first moment stepping in the front door. Jean, greeted us with smiles and helped us. Jean, thank you! Hyatt house Thank you! Hope to see you all again soon. Everyone go to this hotel. Paying for parking.

This accommodation exceeded all of our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, everything was very clean, and the room was comfortable. There were plenty of towels, and the breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend staying here.

It’s so beautiful and well lit. Desk staff very helpful and friendly for both check in and out. My room was GORGEOUS and clean and had so many useful amenities I would have never thought to ask for. Plenty of towels, great quality shower gel and shampoo that left my whole body so soft. Standard breakfast buffet spread you would see at like a Hilton/hyatt situation-yummy! Great frequent shuttle service. And only $50 incidental fee. WiFi was fast and free.

After I arrived IAD airport, I made a phone call to hotel, waiting for shuttle bus to come, driving me to the hotel in about 12 min, I felt the shuttle bus service is very convenient and safe. Room is big and clean with small kitchen (oven, cooking supplies, microwave,etc). Breakfast was great and sufficient, I ate full. However, no dinner provided. you could buy some dry or cold snacks in hotel. The night I stayed, only one elevator worked, taking a bit more time to up and down the floors, as another door of elevator was under repaired. Overall, I felt this hotel very homey.

I was not expecting to pay extra for parking. I didn't like I paid extra for a suite with privacy. But there was none. No division for bedroom.
