Hot tub wasn't working.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Bartender was so nice and her drinks WOW. I have family in Suffolk now. I will make THIS my place to stay!

The place was close to where we needed to be, but don't expect to go there again. Our room was clean, but it looked as if it has been used as an animal room with all the dog cratches on the door.

I made mistake booking here wanted riverfront. This hotel made me allergic. I kept sneezing in room guaranteed mold in vents. Moldy musty in my room left 2h after check in go to Hilton Suffolk Riverfront.

Ants in the room, dog crap all over the place, a boy and a grown man were urinating in the middle of the day at the back door in plain sight. Staff seemed unconcerned. A breakfast that cost was disappointing considering the cost of the room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and so was the whole property I will definitely stay here again.

The comfort and location. I couldn't find the ABC Channel on the television. When I asked the desk clerk about it, he told me that he didn't know if the television had an ABC Channel.
