The TV and bed were bigger than other locations I was choosing between. Breakfast is about the bare minimum you would expect, though I would say the waffle maker is definitely a nicer addition than similar hotels have provided. Otherwise, their selection is definitely filling. Part of me hopes this place gets a renovation, because I like the location a lot. Not that I needed to go to Ikea, but it's right next store if I really wanted. The Sawgrass Mills Mall is also just north along with Walmart, Best Buy, and Publix. Anyway, I can't say I would eagerly come back otherwise. The experience has convinced me to spend a little more to get something newer or cleaner in the future. The room definitely showed its age. There was a crack on the wall of the shower, black marker on the mirror, sticky carpet, and a leaky sink. The window a/c feels poorly positioned, because the curtain interferes. Basically, the curtain is so large, it encases all the cool air against the window, and basically tricks the a/c into thinking the room is cooler than it actually is. I also got 2 hair conditioner, but no shampoo. Also, I would avoid doing the advanced check-in via the text link they send. I got charged twice for my visit, even though it was already paid for with Booking... This reason alone caused me to drop the score to 1... By 2026, there should be no reason someone gets charged twice for a room, yet they openly welcome this potential double payment glitch with an advanced check-in text message? Fortunately, I caught it and called to have it fixed, but the point is that no one should have to go through that work to recover money that wasn't supposed to be charged to begin with.

I like the location and staff was helpful. The room fridge didn’t work and when I opened it. Horrible smell. The elevator needs to be cleaned, drink spills and odor. The hallway carpet has the worst smell.

Location Old and weathered. Paint chipping in bathrooms. Ceiling fan did not have a knob. Had damp smell to room.

The room never got clean they never even offord towels.From may 28 toJune first . please change some of the breakfast menu.Am still waiting on my desposit. Front dest staff was very professional. Love those staff at front desk.I will always remember them .they are very welcoming.
