Didn't like: Noisy people, trying to reach front lobby after hours, not offering cleaning crew, have to buy toilet paper, have to go outside to dump my trash.

It is close to i75 easy to get.around but prperty has a plumbing issue iflushed toilet and it flooded the floor so much i left my stay early

First of all, the room was not cleaned after the previous guest, which is evident by the pubic hairs on the walls of the shower. Mold on the ceiling, smoke detector missing, ice machine broken the entire time so we had to drive and go buy some. Called and was told they would have someone check it out but never did. We booked this particular place because it had a pool also. Well, the code to open the gate to get to the pool wouldn't work. Reached out multiple times and was told that was the right code. Well apparently not because it won't unlock the gate and I guess that's why no one else is in the pool either. Then was told someone would get back to me to make it right and never heard from them again regarding this issue.

I have booked with my son after 2 days they requested id from him which we wasn't able to provide they would not let him stay there we booked for 9 nights im still going back and forth with hotel and booking for the refund of remaining 7 night it's been more than a month now one wants to help keep blaming each other worse experience almost 500$ that still owes me Staff at front desk very judgemental prejudice just judge people of the way they look not on actions very rude

The room was roach infested. We caught some and handed over to reception. Also had bed bugs and had to sit up until we could move on the next day. A full refund shoul be given

Room smelled horrible. Dead roaches. Beds were filthy. Floors were tacky. Body fluids on the headboard. Linen was filthy. Did not stay. Left immediately.

This was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The staff was rude, dismissive and incapable

The smelled of strong urine and floors were sticky!! The lady at the front desk was kind and made sure I was given my whole refund.

The carpet had a lot of debris—candy wrappers and pieces of tissue. The front desk staff seemed tired, as if it was time to end their shift. The room was very poorly equipped: no hangers, no tissues, and the hand soap was already half open. There were also issues with basic amenities—no tissues at all, and the remote wasn’t working. I would not book with this company again. Very disappointed.

The property was decent with close proximity to tourist paces and theme park. Rooms could have been a little more updated and spruced up. Lobby desk closed by 10pm or earlier and was not open for check out at 8:00am. A little strange not to have anyone there when you walk in or leave to be able to ask for anything needed or simply be there.
