The building seemed okay, the lobby too, etc. But, the finish work in the room and on the 14th floor seemed very dated and patched together. I was disappointed in that. Made the room feel a little dingy.

The bedrooms are dated, smelly and old. The entire remodel budget went into the lobby.

The facility was very nicely located in a bustling part of Tampa plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is clean, the beds were comfortable. The facility is very well maintained.

Clean, port shuttle, close to near by shops and things to do. Only stayed for overnight cruise departure. But a great location for 1 day.

The property was very nice. We arrived very late and check in was a breeze. Our room was comfortable and the space was fine. Coffee maker fridge and microwave. Where they really went out of their way was when I left my phone on the shuttle to the cruise ship and they found it and brought it to me before we sailed. Excellent service!

Pictures are deceiving. Our bathroom sink had huge crack in it and countertop rust ring stains. Very BASIC rooms that were over priced. Mattresses haven't been replaced in years-lumpy and no support,

Staff was excellent. The shuttle service was useful, timely, and efficient. The restaurant and bar was good with great servers and bartenders. The rooms were a little worn down, but clean. The view of the river, along with the proximity to the riverwalk and downtown, were perfect.

The location was great because we had tickets to see a show at the Straz theater and were able to walk from the hotel to the theater entrance in 10 minutes. The room was great, but the mattresses were too soft and we didn't sleep well.
