Elevator was broken, obnoxious loud fighting guests, could not reach anyone at night at the desk to help, was supposed to be 139 and was charged 179

Debra at the front desk was the best part of our stay! Elevator was broken, unfortunately our room was right by the stairs so we heard the constant sound of everyone slamming the door open, couch in room was stained, a/c in living room section was not working.

The staff was wonderful, the room is clean and the food was outstanding.

The elevator didn't work for 3 out of 4 days while I was there...my girlfriend has asthma and was in bad shape walking up 4 flights of stairs

Location was very convenient for us Housekeeping never cleaned our room during the four days of our stay. The only explanation we received was that they were short-staffed. We even had to repeatedly request basic items such as clean towels. The elevator was out of service for the entire stay, which was especially inconvenient since our room was on the third floor and we were traveling with luggage. The pool was also dirty and poorly maintained, and the air conditioning unit inside the room was extremely loud, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Considering the price we paid, the overall value was very poor. What was most disappointing was the way management handled our concerns. When we raised these issues, they simply dismissed us and told us to direct our complaints to Booking.com, even though these were problems under their control. We found this response completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. Unfortunately for the kiddos, the pool was green and closed. And for the out of shape people in the group, the stair climb to the 4th floor was brutal. The elevator was broke. Luckily we were only there 1 night for a graduation.
