The staff was so friendly, the building was clean, smelled fresh, even the hallways felt nice and clean. The staff even made to go bags for people who couldn't stop for breakfast was just fantastic It was great

Quick, easy check in and check out. Our room had some outside car/ motorcycle noises, but was such a convenient location that the trade off was worth it

I expected the hotel to have a jacuzzi. I was wrong. I needed one after a full-day driving.

We always stay here when we come in town to visit campus. The hotel is always clean and breakfast is always good.

Everything was great with the room. Breakfast was good. People that work there were very friendly. The room I stayed in was facing the Thornton gas station. The windows are thin and aloud very loud noise. Sounded like everything was right outside my window even on the 6th floor. People reving up there engines. Bikes racing around being a nuisance till 12

Really bad location. Backs up to a gas station and interstate. Traffic noise from the interstate continues all night. Worse is the incessant yelling, loud cars, etc from the gas station continuing all through the night. IF you need a nights sleep don't stay here.

The hotel seemed to be recently updated and still going through updates. The rooms were clean and nice. The pool was closed for cleaning all weekend. The lady working the front desk in the evening wasn't very helpful, didn't know much, and no one was there to check us in and waited for 10 to 15 minutes when we arrived about 9:30 pm. The breakfast options were fine and the lady working the breakfast was super nice and helpful. Do not copy the address from Expedia and use that-- it took us to the middle of nowhere about 20 mins away in the opposite direction. Next time I will not trust the addresses on Expedia.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean and cozy There was a gap in the seal of the window and it was windy out so the air coming from that gap plus the air entering the ac unit made it sound like there was a jet taking off outside of my window all day Sunday and into the next day. Staff gave me packing tape to try to fix it ?

Check in was smooth The staff Karen was very rude & unpleasant

Everything and everyone was great, the staff loved and welcomed our 2 dogs with open arms. Great service all around
