Travelodge by Wyndham Terre Haute

The weather was calling for a severe storm with hail and I was worried about my bike. I asked the owner about pulling my bike under cover and he graciously allowed me to pull it under an overhang next to the office. I am planning another trip through the area later this summer and will be staying here again.

The hotel had a strange smell to it. The lock on the inside of the door was broke. Over all I was not impressed. Will not be going back.

Bathroom/shower very clean.

Nothing False advertisement on book it there was no pool. I mean there was a pool but there was no water in. It doesn’t look like there would be water in it. It’s a extended stay place. My room had three beds then they didn’t tell you that they charge you a $50 deposit and the parking lot was jacked up with too many work vehicles there.

Sink leaked all over the bathroom floor, no ice at the facility, had an issue getting my deposit back

There was nothing I didn't like, everything was fine

nothing Dirty, bedding had been slept in by another person when we arrived

Bed was comfortable Room stunk, remote didnt work called main desk came and got working for a little bit but then quit again, had us pay cash but charged our card too.. then instead of just giving cash back just refunded the card but takes 3 to 5 days to get it. Will never stay there again

Nothing From the beginning of our experience the staff were hardcore starring and watching our every move and provoking waving and stuff. As soon as we got into the room it smelled so musty like cigarettes which is crazy because it’s a non smoking room. They “cleaned “ the room with a black mop. The toilet seat was nasty. We saw two roaches on the walls and had to beg for new pillows because they were yellow and disgusting. The noise was loud and the conjoined door sounded like it was trying to be pushed open

Easy to find. Nice staff. Front window and bathroom windows were broken, lock was broke off the door, room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a non smoking. Very close to highway, traffic was extremely loud all night.

The room had an outside entrance. You could see daylight through the door cracks. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, like it was coming in a vent. The person in the room next door played music with bass turned up very loud until late hours and again early in the morning. The carpet had holes in it. The sheets had holes in them. Our clothes smelled of cigarette smoke from being in the room. The door lock was hanging by 1 screw. Would not recommend this place

Didn't eat breakfast. Parking was congested. Towels looked to be at least ten years old. Bed was comfortable. Vanity light kept turning on and off during the night, very annoying.

Room was clean and comfy Parking lot is a little sketchy. Makes you feel unsafe when their having personal parties in the parking lot

The property had full time residents living there who appeared to me living in a broken down vehicle right outside the door.

"Accessible room" is not all that accessible. Door to tiny bathroom blocked tub, they had a shower chair that did fit - sideways only - in the tub, but no hand-held shower attachment and I had to back in with my walker to not have the toilet-which is too low to be safe-be blocked and not be able to get to it. NOT accessible. False advertising. Long term stay/tenant(?) next door pleasant but blasted music. He did turn off all music at 10 which I asked him to do when he told me to just let him know if he was too loud. It was definitely too loud. I didn't feel precisely unsafe, but for an elderly woman in her late 60's traveling alone, a "neighbor"/permanent tenant the other side of an adjoining door was somewhat disconcerting. If I'd had a traveling companion and didn't want to share a room but could have used their assistance with my mobility challenges, it would be nice to have that adjoining room available. Staff minimally helpful but not mean or anything, got the feeling I was interrupting them or that they'd rather be anyplace else. If they'd been just another traveler I wouldn't have been as uneasy.

Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Room was very nice, bed comfortable. Wonderful location.

Friendly staff

Everything was amazing service, facilities, and staff. The pet fee was only $15 a night. The price could be a bit lower per night for the triple queen room and the pet fee could be a lot better.
