Isabel kept the breakfast room well-stocked with great food. She made everyone feel like special guests. We look forward to going there again

The staff was very nice and breakfast was great. My only issues were that the room carpet was dirty, it looked like gum was stuck to it and things were spilled on it and it was never cleaned. The remote for the tv barely worked, it was missing a back, and the tv kept losing its signal so I could barely watch it.

Our room was disgustingly dirty. They don’t believe in washing or cleaning carpets. The stains and stickiness of the carpets is horrendous. The fridge does not work at all. The sofa bed was utterly disgusting. It’s like prior guests hid their trash under there which clearly housekeeping never cleaned. The smell of the room was the smell of sweat and humidity. This was my worst experience at a hotel room ever. I will never come back here and never recommend. RUN as fast as you can!

Room did not have bath towels, there was blue powder all over hallways, tub water was high during shower, my room was not available when I got there so I was downgraded.

Did not get to stay there. Made two trip to get into our room. Understand check in is at 3. Was supposed to call us being we needed to be in d st o we could change cloths for a funeral at 3. If I paid $75 they could have got us in. No thank you. Then when we went back we were told $50 for damages and would receive our money back in roughly 10 days. So we left. Need to know this when booking. We understand rules but nothing on there part to try and make any changes so it looked like a clean nice place to stay but am not able to confirm.

The room wasn’t very clean. Smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am for about 30mins. The fire department arrived and shut it off. It was a bit of a sketchy area.

My family and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we paid 521.00 for two nights m. The carpets need a deep cleaning, the security latch on the door was missing a screw, everything was covered in dust, the pipes in the wall screeched if water temperature was on hot. No one came to switch out our towels or sheets, when we inquired stated we need to go to the front desk. Front desk stated they were out of towels and sheets. we were given another comforter and face towels. Staff we encountered were very nice, helpful, and respectful.
