The place is very new and clean / bed is comfortable we stay in twin room with 1 toddler and it's enough space to manage things, not that big but enough/ the bath room water runs well and good pressure love it. Very convenient to go to subway. There are subway exit in front of hotel but not elevator so we need to walk to the main Ikkeburo station cause we have stroller, but no problem at all cause it's super near. The washing machine is limited and no dryer separate from washer makes the queue very full. Need to manage time which is hard.

Location and room were both ideal for a solo traveler. Ikebukuro station is a 5 minute walk to get onto lines to all the usual tourist spots, and I really liked spending my evenings walking around Ikebukuro and I was always close to go back to the hotel. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Cleaning was done whenever it was asked for and everything in the room was clean and worked well on arrival. No major issues. I would not recommend booking with breakfast included for more than a few days as I started getting tired of the buffet and went to other places.

I really happy staying in this DEL Style hotel and this is my first time stay in this hotel. I like everything especially the bathroom size. It is not too small and bed is very comfortable and I will come back again. I don't find the lotion available in the hotel. Basically, amities is too small compare with other hotel for the same price. Also, I think in the reception lobby, you should provide some drink for fresh up or when needed. It will be more pleasant.

the staff was great, and the location was good too! especially since it's near ikebukuro station. i liked that there are many food options, including a 7-11 right by the first floor. the toothbrush provided is specially soft and comfortable to use. the size of the room... it's really quite small. but im not sure if it's because of how tokyo is. would there be more space in other cities? also didnt like that i cant open my luggage in the room at all.

Location is great, metro entrance is exactly at the opposite of the road. Room is relatively small. We have trouble opening 2 luggages as there is not enough space.

The location is really convenient. There was even a convenient store in Level 1. Staffs are friendly. Room is too small. Not enough space for 2 luggages. This size is better for 1 person.

The location is great, 5 minutes from the JR. The room was clean. The room was a little bit small but it was the start of our trip so we still didn’t have a lot of things with us.

Awesome location. The room was excellent. It was small, but this is Tokyo. It was perfect for one person. It would have been fine for two people if you were not staying in the room all day. The location is very close to the train station. There is an excellent coffee shop on one side of the hotel and a 7/11 convenience store on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel is walkable to the train station on the East exit no.38. But if you arrive by train, use exit no.35 because there are escalator and elevator. Plenty of restaurants and shopping stores near by. Seven-eleven is at the 1st floor. The room size fit for 2 ppl and 2 large suitcases. Beds were comfortable. -
