Very nice hotel. When we got there front desk very helpful. The room was cleaned, beautiful marina view. One cleaning lady seemed to be bothered to be asked for toilet paper. Had an attitude. The bar should have been open due to being a weekend. That was disappointing. The beach across the street a 5 minute walking. Parking is kinda tight. But overall we wouldn't mind staying again. We were in room 117. I would rate it 8/10

We got there early and tried to check in but they said room wasn't ready which I was ok with. I tried a few more times and each time was told room not ready. Even though check in was 4p our room wasn't available till around 6pm. Also the outside bar on 2nd floor was not open.

The only positives were the convenient location and the beds, which were surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet expectations.

They should really update the pictures on their website- it looks much better in person! The staff was so friendly and outgoing! I had a small problem and it was immediately taken care of-- I was really impressed!

If your 21 and going to the beach and looking for a place to drop your gear for the day and a place to lay your head down for the night...this is for you. If your traveling to the beach wit b the family and spending your hard earned money expecting a a quality experience...keep looking.

good location. close to restaurants and across the beach. room very, very humid. nothing dries. floor and belongings get humid all time.

Very nice hotel, very clean the Golf view rooms. Don’t really have a Golf view when you’re on the bottom floor, but I brought my dog so that worked out with the patio area right out of the room. You have to walk across a busy street to get to the beach was inconvenient for beaching it for the day. Too far to walk to go back-and-forth to your room.

Location and convenience Asked the clerk once we checked in to switch our room to a higher level before we unpacked and she said unless there was something wrong with the room she couldn’t change it. Totally refused to move us at our request. Couldn’t leave the curtains open to enjoy the view from inside the room due to people walking by and seeing everything inside our room. No privacy while the curtain was opened. For 2 women staying in the room I felt the security was lacking. The side doors to the hotel were never locked. Anyone could come in without a room key even though it read must have room to key to open door!

Location was good They could do a little maintenance (replace lampshades due to mildew, door curtains very worn, sliding door did not work properly).
