Erica and Cynthia at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Overall, the staff was very nice, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything clean.

The floors in the room were sticky, the refrigerator wasn’t as cool as it should have been, and the water didn’t get hot. On a brighter note the staff was very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

Large rooms. Excellent location to Atlanta attractions. Fabulous food and atmosphere at Marlow’ Tavern. Tasty breakfast buffet that is worth the additional fee.

The hotel was nice. It could use an update. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Did not like the pictures show balcony when there is no balcony other than that, OK stay. To add, the hotel is convenient to everything you can think of from Walmart Dollar tree the mall very convenient

The second floor had mold on the walls and trim .Lights where dimmed so that you couldn’t see it
