Great place
-
Rooms were very spacious and clean.
-
Food was good. Great assortment.
-
The front desk person named Hailey was great. Rooms needed more time to be cleaned.

When we arrived our room was not ready and we were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We decided to go visit friends, which was good since it took another 2 hours before our room was available. The front desk was very apologetic and gave us free parking for the inconvenience. One negative was when we went to the pool in the morning all the old towels from the day before were scattered around the pool and on chairs. We had to notify the front desk and 30 minutes later an employee came with new towels and picked up the used towel that had been placed in the return container, but they didn't pick up the used ones scattered around the pool.

and it was amazing. Was able to enjoy the pool and relax during my two day stay would recommend it to anyone that I know.
-
Bed was not comfortable at all.
-
Happy hour snacks were good They charged me for parking when it was supposed to be included. Also walking down the hallway I noticed a dead cockroach. Bathroom tub was dirty. Neighbors woke us up at 4:00am. I called the front desk twice to have it resolved.

The room and hotel were OK, but we added a days stay to our visit and our cards were not updated. We were locked out of the hotel and room. When we added a day to our stay, the clerk did not update our key cards. When we returned to the hotel we were locked out and had a hard time getting in. The elevator we had used to get to the lobby was out. So, the clerk at the lobby said she would cancel our payment for parking as for our troubles, but that was never reflected on our bill.

I enjoyed my stay on 5/20 to 5/22 at the Embassy Hilton. I am a Hilton Rewards member and I definitely felt our room was wonderful! I enjoyed the balcony the 2 tvs and the pool area. We loved our stay and will no doubt be back again when we come to Tucson! The breakfast was a nice option but there is a starbucks and a cvs that is walking distance. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10!

When the room type I reserved was unavailable, I was informed that it be a $20 per night up charge for the type I needed. Turned out that it was a $50 per night when I received the invoice.

Good place.

It was nice.. the rooms were clean.. staff was very friendly.. The was no information about evening dining anywhere.. the advertised appetizers at social hour were big hunks of cheese and random odds and ends of crackers and veggies.. I asked about room service at the front desk and was told yes it’s an additional $10 but there’s no menus.. I guess you have to go down stairs and ask the incredibly busy bartender for a menu?? So Door Dash for the win..

Great hotel and location. Nice room and great A/C. Sofa bed mattress made for kid under 7. Very very thin and uncomfortable. Don’t expect adult to sleep there. I’ve stayed there for years and $15 per day parking is just a money grab. Prefer the rate to be increased than have the extra charge to park in suburban lot that is not full. Happy hour and breakfast is free. Hotel is close to family so we will return.

If you use a wheelchair this hotel is a little hard to manage. I would suggest the closest room to the lobby. Parking for handicap is very limited.
-
The pool was a little cold for this time of year.
-
It was overpriced for an older place The parking fees weren't disclosed until check in. Not nice! The coffee maker, interior doors, balcony sliding glass doors, & shower head were not working.
-
Breakfast have option of made to order omelet and pancakes Rooms are big and great Starbucks walking distance and food for dinner Good pool You have to pay for parking onlydownside

They missed cleaning our room 2days in a row and when they finally did, they did the bare minimum. They also charge $15 a day to park. We were not informed until we got ticketed. We went in and parked d for the 5 days and still got tagged. It was very frustrating.
