Staff were amazing!

Great hotel to spend a good weekend in Tucson!

The ceiling fan didn’t work, it was missing the chain to turn on. The shower had caked on soap scum. The sink’s hot water was scorching hot and they didn’t have labels to differentiate between hot and cold water. The pool was nice, but needs to be vacuumed. Lots of trash and dirt at the bottom. Complimentary breakfast was okay could use more selection. For the price it was ok. Nice area and layout was cool.

This was a great place to land, we spent most of our time exploring Tucson. It’s not super fancy, it’s really nice for the great price! Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was pretty good.

I love this place. Our room the first night had no hot water. I mentioned it in the morning and the staff quickly upgraded us to a casita. Lovely courtyard grounds. Breakfast is the best free breakfast you will ever find at any hotel. Pool was cleaned every morning

Such a cool ambiance as soon as you walk in the lobby. Great amenities: pool, jacuzzi, gym and breakfast…and the room was clean and had a balcony! Would stay again if ever in Tuscon.

Room was not clean and very dated. The gym equipment were not functioning. Left the next day

Stay here every time we come to Tucson! Brought my grandson with me this trip and they love the breakfast! We sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view while eating.

Staff is always helpful. Property is gorgeous and the beds are so very comfortable! We stay here every trip to Tucson ! They never disappoint

The first night was absolutely wonderful. Staff was great. The second night staff was not too friendly or helpful would not give us the s’mores package due to wind although the fire was on the whole day and going I could’ve made my s’mores cold. My kids would’ve been happy with at least that, but they would not let me have them even cold. There was Tweaker guy on the property that stayed around even after being told to leave made me very uncomfortable with my children playing in the backyard. We encountered two snakes on the property that were right in common areas where we were walking around with our children, although the hotel is very beautiful and the rooms are amazing and the backyard is very beautiful. The breakfast was not that good of quality to be completely honest the one across the street at the best western is way better. There was a lot of choices. It’s just everything tasted not so good

Breakfast was more generous than most Choice hotels, and the outdoor patio gave gorgeous views. Very clean rooms, with vintage charm, but some furniture pieces showed wear. I loved the rustic Mexican style, after so many lobbies and rooms that look the same. Lovely pool. Price was no more than ordinary hotels in the chain.

Staff and breakfast were excellent.

All the staff was good but Carlos was wonderful... he recognized us from our last visit and made us feel so welcome! The food was excellent, as always!

We like the swimming people the staff are friendly and breakfast was delicious. In the bathroom we didn't have hand soap and it was a cricket in the restroom that's a no no for me.

Pet friendly. Very old and desperately in need of repair. AC probably mold. Shower is a joke, as is the rest of the bathroom. Staff was RUDE. NO welcome cookies, or smores kits. Breakfast offerings were limited and usually out.

The place is so nice unfortunately we have the bad experience that the bed where I put my kids when we lift the bed sheets in between has a lot of hairs what told me they don’t change the sheets between guests
