The room was excellent.

We made a reservation for this property based on the 9.4 rating and being completely unfamiliar with the area trusted what we saw online. When we arrived in the evening, we discovered it is in a VERY unsafe area of town and we did not even feel comfortable checking in. The photos and description are misleading on the website making it seem like its a fine place to be. They know its unsafe too cause there's a GATE that locks your car in to the property when you stay there. Nice idea to restore an old hotel, but its in a bad part of town and people should know that. Lost a nights money but don't care... stayed on down the road somewhere much safer. Read the negative reviews and even some of the positive ones before you stay here. Wish I had...

The only thing is the walls are thin. Late night we could bear an argument of the room behind us. Other than that, it's a surprinaly cute family friendly place. The pool comes in handy for the kiddos.

Love the Kennedy and will stay again next time we’re in Tucson. Clean rooms and a great vibe.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was not great but rooms were clean. Air-conditioning was amazing. Water was hot.
-
Everything about this property is amazing, except if you’re a light sleeper you will NOT be able to sleep here. It is super loud. You can hear everything through the walls and sounds like people are stomping upstairs.
-
We had a wonderful stay. Beds were extremely comfy and atmosphere was great. We will definitely be staying here again.
-
Great place! Clean and smells really good room! Totally recommend!
-
This property surpassed my expectations !!!!! Very comfortable beds. Quiet. And gated parking. Nicely decorated Staff were very friendly.
-
Great location, close to VA hospital and Costco. This is the second time we’ve stay here.

The guys that work the desk are so nice and courteous. We were in town due to my father in law being in the hospital and they made the stay easy. The whole property is clean and tidy. The rooms are nice and all white 😮 so definitely can see they care about there property. The pool was working and at 7 am they were skimming it and getting ready for their guests. Very cute hotel with an old school feel. Definitely worth the price.

I planned a trip to take my grandkids to see the Capybaras at a nearby ranch. The hotel was awesome. We were transported to a mixture of old school elegance while swimming at the pool and the room was spacious and well put together. The kids loved making their own breakfast with a touch of a button pancake machine. It was close to restaurants and shopping.
-
Overall our stay was enjoyable and if/when we come back to Tucson, we’d definitely stay there again.
-
the room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable and I was sleeping very well up until 3:12 am when I was awoken by a bunch of other people that were fighting and their car alarm horn going off, it was all so rude and disruptive it totally ruined my night as I was not able to get back to sleep again and had a bad headache the rest of the day. I wanted to have gone swimming, but the water looked cloudy murky and dirty. The breakfast was pretty good. if it weren't for those rude people and the dirty pool water it would have been good.

Really nice rooms

Quick and friendly check-in. Staff was happy and said hi to everyone that walked by. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times were above expectations. We also loved the free little arcade with old games where Dads can beat their kids in games we played as a kid.

We really liked our stay at the Kennedy! It was so cute & clean! The staff were great too. We were a bit disappointed with breakfast, tbh. Biscuits & gravy we took a pass on. They had pancakes, and some baked things & cereal too. Being gluten intolerant eggs would have been nice… but that won’t stop us from a return visit! Thank you Kennedy! :)
