The location was great - in town and near a great valley hiking trail. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. Staff was great, and lived staying in a ‘cave.’

- The staff are really great, very helpful with anything you need, and they let us check out a bit late. The staff were the best part of our stay! - Turkish breakfast was great. - Room was fully equipped, comfy, and very large. - The private balcony and view of Pigeon caves is beautiful. - The hotel location is great, walking to shops and restaurants is very close by. Uchisar is sleepier than nearby Goreme. - The aesthetic and decor of the hotel are pretty. - We booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub jacuzzi, but it didn’t work, and when we filled it up it leaked out pretty quickly. - In the room, there was a table against a wall, and in order to use the coffee maker or kettle you had to move it out a bit to get the cord down to the outlet, but we didn’t realize that the table only had 2 legs so the whole table fell with lots of items on top. - We didn’t use the heat while there, because we like it colder. But we did turn it on while packing up on our last morning and the radiator started leaking. And it didn’t seem like there was an option to turn it to AC. - I thought there was a bar and restaurant, but seems like they only serve breakfast. - The hair dryer in the bathroom did not work. - We could hear everything outside of our room, not soundproof at all.

The food was amazing. The staffs were kind and welcoming. They even gave us a bottle of wine as a gift. We had some issues with the room and they upgraded us for free.

We met an Afghan guy whos name was Ahmad at the reception he was really helpful, professional and kind loved his way of talking and he helped us a lot. i just didnt like the location so much and i think hotel was overpriced i just didnt like the location so much and i think hotel was overpriced

The restaurant overlooks the valley where hot air balloons can be seen. Sadly, we missed that as we were there during a very windy time. Great location for walking to Uchisar castle and the area! The Turkish breakfast included is outstanding! It can be noisy if other guests talk loudly outside the room to your door. This is about respecting others, and not necessarily a bad comment for the hotel.

Hamad started communication with me months before and advised on balloon flights and tours, He was incredibly helpful all the way through, organising airport transfers, tours and balloon flights with ease and great humour. Breakfasts were huge in the traditional Turkish way. The other staff were incredibly friendly and willing to have a chat as we passed. The location was great and the view from the terrace stunning. Arrived late at night and was given a fruit platter - great. Fully recommend Pegasus, Ahmad and the staff. Nothing

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best we had in all our turkey trip, everything was hand made and really tasty and delicious! The staff was super helpful all the time and they arranged it balloon trip for us.

Ahmad checked us in and helped us coordinate tours and provided great recommendations on what to do in the area. Hotel is exceptionally clean, morning breakfast is filling, and value for the place is great. It's only a 5 min drive from Goreme and taxis are easy to find. Our room was poseidon and it was spacious with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Internet was also surprisingly fast albeit you won't have much cellular connection within the room due to the thick walls. Highly recommend this place as your home base in Cappadocia given Goreme is a bit over priced. Note, I do suggest eating and heading to spa services in Goreme as where this is located is less populated with less food options but still very convenient. The sauna could have had a bucket of water so make it easier to make it wet but otherwise no compliants.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and had stunning views of the area. The resident cat was very friendly and we had a great time. The hotel organized our hot air balloon ride as it was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful, and while they spoke very little English, their friendliness and helpfulness was very welcome! I think one point of improvement would be, if possible to have someone who understands a little more English on site. While the manager was very kind to help when he could, I had some trouble trying to explain my dietary restrictions to the staff organizing breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful, we just had a language barrier.

Location was awesome and room was clean as required. Reception personal was very nice and kind all the time. We did not like breakfast facilities, baking stuff came at the end of breakfast together with egg during all our stay. We don’t remember even a day everything come in timely fashioned. Sound isolation was very weak, we struggle to sleep most of time especially after 7.30 AM due for noises came from the top floor and corridors.

Amazing hotel, great location and service. Our room was lovely; very clean, big enough for a family of 4, with a nice view from balcony. Great communication with hotel managers and staff were always very helpful and friendly, we’d definitely go again.

Hotel was incredible, so unique and beautiful. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing they could improve on was the rooms heating system which was under the floor hotwater pipes but there was no control mechanism so the room was actually too warm. I believe they installed some sort of thermostat as we were leaving. The other suggestion is to keep the small breakfast area 100% smoke free for non-smokers (even if they happen to be the owners, they should know better) to enjoy their meals. Lastly, during the check in process, guests should be provided necessary information about things such as wifi login and passwords, how to operate the jetted tub, the rooms heating system, etc to make the stay effortless and smooth. Just want to emphasize however that these things were minor and only mentioned here to make a great stay even better.
