I would not stay there again property is run down the elevator broke down while we were there. Wold not recommend.

No breakfast.

Wouldn't stay here again. Rented the penthouse and everything was gross. Brown buildup in the light fixtures, windows so grimy you couldn't see out clearly, hot tub panels broken and half hanging on w velcro that was so old the glue had turned brown and wasn't holding on. The pool was disgusting, there was a plastic bag and deck chair in the pool and a used diaper shredded to pieces strewn across the pool patio. Told staff but nothing done about it. Hallway to our room had a moldy beer smell amongst other issues. Just in general this place was gross and it was apparent this was modus operandi.

Vue de la chambre magnifique mais nous avons du nettoyer les tiroirs et armoires.le bain et les draps semblais propres.Le matelas confortable et nous avions deux frigos, un micro-onde et une cafétière.Pour le prix c'etait très bien.

Clean rooms ,friendly and helpful staff. The rail on the balcony did not allow me to have a clear view of the beach when sitting.

The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful. Beach views were awesome and I didn't get in the hot tub so I will not comment.

Regardless of other reviews, this hotel was cheap, clean, and very friendly staff. Would 100% stay again.

I liked that I had an ocean veiw with a door leading to the balcony; plus a table and chairs to use while enjoying the view and sound of the ocean/beach. The room was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The parking was sometimes inconvenient when the small lot next to the entrance was full and I had to drive up a ramp to look to see if there were any open parking spaces, then turn the car around, drive back down and drive about a block down the street to enter a lot that allowed me to park (for free) close to the Inn. Then I had to walk around the Inn and up the parking ramp to enter the building. When ever I requested help with something, my request was completed quickly.

We booked a deluxe sweet which came with a hot tub. Honestly, I really don’t understand the negative reviews this place has. The hotel is small but just right for a perfect couple getaway. It is a bit old but it did not bother us at all. Our last beach trip we stayed in a more updated hotel and wasn’t really impressed with it. We will definitely book again! It was a bit of a bummer there wasn’t breakfast but they have a breakfast buffet just nearby that was soooo good i’m still thinking about their homemade butter. The beach is so close and the mexican restaurant los palmas was such a hit and has amazing drinks.

Perfect location and great views. Pool was too small to enjoy. Room was clean just very dated.

The rooms were very clean however, the staff were absolutely horrible. The amount of rudeness inconsiderateness was awful. They did not want to answer any questions. Any questions that you had or answered with sarcasm and rudeness 10 out of 10 would not recommend staying there

The room wasn’t ready for check-in so we had to pits around for a half hour, despite us being there after check-in time. Luckily there are numerous restaurants within walking distance to grab a quick bite.

The property is centrally located in the middle of everything. So very convenient for entertainment and dining. The hotel is very nice for what you pay for. I would come again.😎

upon checking in our room wasn't ready after 4pm at checking in time stated. we were told at 530pm he didn't kno how long it would be and can't give a time. well 925pm is when I received my room the dude with the fake a$#afro apparently the owners son!! no I'm sorry or nothing just I will callu when it's ready that never happened I had to get another hotel just to get my kids out the car we drove hours over 5 hrs and not to have a room..they afro dude on 6-7-26 never called my phone amd said ur room is ready he says ur phone don't work. really bc at 739pm I called again in parking lot u told me it still wasn't ready this ruined our whole trip my autistic son was very upset the whole trip so I'm out hundreds of $$. I'm not the only one it was over 7 other families waiting this is horrible business I should have received a refund for my first night. becarful when staying here don't check in before 9pm u won't have a room and they even sent my pre check in and I called my property and Expedia bc they try to charge 639$ more to my card that I already paid for why didn't u tell us then our check in time was pushed back all night I hate this place ruined my whole vacation seriously so ppl don't have money to spend amd when we do I want the service I paid for horrible horrible business if u want good service try Seaview hotel instead walked right in no problems their at 730pm
