Great place will 109% stay again

Unfortunately, our room was not ready during check in, and we had to wait almost an hour. The breakfast was also a challenge as my reservation listed free, yet the restaurant staff tried to charge me until my reservation was verified. The shower stall needs a good scrubbing or replacement as it was no longer white from the buildup of dirt and shower scum. Had to lay a hand towel in the shower to stand on while showering. Lastly, the wall thermostat didn't work. Room was 74 degrees. Thankfully facility technician fixed the problem

Overall excellent experience as usual! However, the only issue was the room next to mine was really loud and I had my kids with me so it made it challenging trying to get them to go to sleep at a decent time. I reserved a suite and did not expect to have that issue. Other than that the stay was great. I will be back, but I will ask to have a quieter person stay next to me.

Great hotel

Very disappointing experience. From check-in to check-out, the level of hospitality and customer service fell far below expectations. The reception staff were neither welcoming nor informative. As first-time visitors to the area, we were not given any information about the hotel's amenities, breakfast arrangements, or even directions to the elevators. We were left to figure everything out ourselves. At check-out, no one asked about our stay or showed any interest in guest feedback. The breakfast experience was equally confusing, as the staff seemed unfamiliar with the breakfast inclusion attached to our booking. Simple requests, such as obtaining a sewing kit, were handled without basic courtesy or professionalism. Housekeeping was also disappointing. On the second day, the bed was left undone, a used towel was placed back with the clean towels, and basic amenities such as bottled water and toiletry kits were not replenished. Having worked in the hospitality industry and coming from a family of hoteliers, I understand the importance of making guests feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Unfortunately, this stay lacked the warmth, attentiveness, and service standards that define true hospitality.

They did refund me for the days I had to park on the street.

Very clean and nice room! Location was perfect to access the oceanfront and the property was well maintained!

When we arrived check in was great we left to go get dinner around 1030 and when we came back we had to circle the parking lot for 30 minutes after paying to be able to park there and called and had someone come out to help us find somewhere to park and they were having us parallel park where you would typically get towed. Wound up parking in a walk way. By this point our food had gotten cold and the room had no microwave.

The only two concerns I would mention is: 1. the noise from the air conditioning. It worked well. However, when the air turned on, the sound it made sounded like ice in a blender. 2. Parking at the hotel should’ve been complimentary for at least one vehicle per room.

The only detailed memory was the shower water was not hot. It wasn’t cold to where we could not shower, but just warm enough to keep clean.

Had no complaints. Room was clean and staff was nice.

The hotel was what to be expected for a 3 star. You could tell that the stuff running the bar and kitchen were heavily understaffed but they did the best they could and I appreciate the service. While the breakfast buffet was pretty standard the pasta dish and drink I had for dinner were excellent.

Nothing Everything. No breakfast, had to pay for parking, pool was dirty, shower was small and water pressure was so bad . Hallways smelled , not a very clean hotel at all. No free coffee . I would never stay here again or recommend this hotel
