The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we needed any assistance. It is a good place to stay if you are on a tight budget. Neighbors were quiet and it seemed pretty safe. I did use the laundry room, and it was clean and good order which was nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay, it definitely is not a 5star place, but it is a good budget option.

The unit was nice. It needed some updating and the furniture was old.

When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless.

Nothing Everything, except for the location

Price, location, convenience. Moldy air vents. Dog urine in hallways. Smoke detector kept beeping like the battery was dead/dying. Breakfast was a pathetic find. Nobody expects instant oatmeal and instant grits as food options. And who in their right mind only offers light roast coffee?! That was dumb.

Everyone was nice and there wasn’t any trouble. It was quite at night which was good. If you need a place for one night without any options you can stay. But more than that I would not book

people at the front desk were nice enough. The room? Never again - filthy, no lamps, no nothing - guess I should have known in the word "extended," so my screw up but didn't think that meant literal nothing. Don't book a room intended for long stays for a short 3 day stay.

It was cool.

This place reeked of cigarettes and weed. The air quality was so terrible we all left with congestion and mucus. The staff did not provide blankets and when we asked they said they didn’t have any?? Very disappointed. We stayed here before in ‘22 so we thought it was a safe choice and the quality has gone down significantly.

Well got to hotel my room was dirty,from the floors to the furniture was nasty and dirty. I went down to ask if the house keepers can clean my room the next day and i had stayed for 4 days never seen a house keeper.My toilet was clogged and i had to take care of it myself.Never again will i stay at your hotel and staff was rude Af Not a thing

staff was great polite and helpful the closed up stuffy smell. maybe air out unused rooms more often and put air fresheners. Offer actually breakfast !

Overall, for the price per night plus pet deposit was very good. 2 beds in separated sections of the suite. Plus a satisfactory central room. Very Nice bathroom plus separate sink area. The kitchenette was nice except for the dirty stovetop, but we did not need that. The only other minor complaint was the sort of "musty" smell from the a/c unit. The whole building etc is non-smoking/non-vaping which is great. A good location, if you wish to stay away from the trendy oceanfront; not to mention if there is ever an all-age curfew.

Definitely not up to par with typical extended stay experience dirty worn down and no room service

The room was spacious and had a small kitchen. Most the doors were broken, the toilet wasn’t sealed to the floor and moved as you used it.
