    There was an itchy bed, itchy carpet, the wifi didn't work correctly. The wifi It was way too slow and kept cutting off; therefore I was not able to complete my work for my job. The sleep in the bed was uncomfortable because of the itching. The microwave was not plugged up and I had to physically pick up the microwave in order to move it to an accessible plug outlet to plug it in, then when I left I had to pick it up again in order to put it back where they had it. I called the front desk at around 11pm and I told them all of this and I informed them that I am requesting a refund and she said no. She was rude and no customer service to be honest the way she spoke to me made it obvious that she really didn't care that I had a bad experience at all. I felt hurt because I had stayed at this hotel a few times before and the staff is usually very friendly and I had never had an issue before with my room (now keep in mind I usually am placed on the first floor all the other times that I stayed here but on yesterday they placed me on the second floor and I suspect that is why there was so many issues with the room and the Wi-Fi signal and all that).. I was hoping that they would adjust the situation and attempt to make it right but they gave me their butt to kiss. She said her name is Jessica and she said that the manager on duty name is Pat.     Breakfast was good. Location was excellent. A taller toilet that doesn't move. The window curtains were torn, and the curtains did not close all the way. The clerk was in a private conversation in another language while she was servicing me and delaying us. She could not provide me with a receipt.
