InTown Suites Extended Stay Warner Robins GA

The location mainly. The room I requested which was a queen room even the website said the room was available which I never got. Asked countless times about it so I just gave up. The internet doesn't work & the tenants are extremely noisy. The stay is very unpleasant due to the noise & not getting the accommodations I requested.

The staff was really nice but I never got a chance to discuss the bug issues considering I was at work during office hours. A roach crawled on my son so we only stayed one night out of the 8 because we seenmultiple roaches including in the tub and my kids weren’t comfortable so I didn’t stay.

Everything was great That when I was gonna book another week the price went up way more

The kitchenette Myself and son were bitten on our legs on down to our feet and arms by flees, ticks and it was horrible! We couldn’t rest because of the bites and having to scratch our legs and arms it was a bad experience to go through then when I told the manager on duty about it he did call orkin out but soon asked me to leave and refused to refund any payment from my Oct 3rd payment through October 17th from which he told me leave on October 13th bc he claimed I was being rude to his staff and they were trying to help me! When they were the ones who said that the person before me had a dog ?there ??‍♀️

This hotel canceled my reservation last minute.

Answering the phone and canceling the reservation after a ten minute delay.

The location was optimal as I was within walking distance to many shopping facilities. Property staff was inconsistent. Communication was horrible. My room was dirty and dusty. I seemed to have been charged for an extra nights stay when my receipt had me listed to check out on the 21st. Cleaning ladies were unavailable for over a week and manager said he was short staffed room didn’t meet my expectations at all. There were bugs and roaches. The bed was very uncomfortable. Mattress was too sunk in.

Front Desk clerk was extremely rude and irritable. He had no concern for anyone staying in the hotel. I highly DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Management was rude and argumentative. I stayed there for 4 weeks and my room was only visited once by housekeeping. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies. Internet was almost non-existent, but yet you're charged a daily IT rate. There are no data ports in the room, leaving you to rely on the 2.4ghz wifi which isn't secure even though you're required to have a password issued by InTown... Will never waste my time or money there again.... Neither should you

This be honest my neighbors from upstairs with there kids let making loud noise all kinda nights running and etc the once next to be as well wish was so comfortable .no house keeper wvw cane to my room since my start, I push trash outside of my door me thinking they will come and throw it out when I got back in my room I found the trash back in my room right beside the door

The parking

After I checked out they tried charging me 500$ claiming I broke the TV. Found out afterwards there was nothing wrong with the TV, it was simply bad cable connection. So they threw away a good TV and tried charging me for it.

Some of the team members were not very customer oriented and were difficult to deal with, some other ones were perfect. Matter of luck who you had to deal with. Other guests are noisy and disrespectful not abiding to the hotel rules, but since there was nobody after 7pm, I had to deal with it.

Convenient to Robins AFB Pests in the rooms. Also the rooms are very smelly.

Roaches were in the room, so I didn't stay in the room because they were crawling over my personal stuff
