This is our 3rd year returning to SpringHill Suites Marriott. We usually stay around 2 weeks. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Our room is always comfortable and very clean with very comfortable beds. I really like the location as it is close to the interstate and very good restaurants.

I was charged twice for one night stay. I noticed same and informed front desk and I was told that it was by an error and will not be posted to your account. But same was charged twice. I was charged twice for one night stay and staff was not able to rectify the error

The location of property was great Room not clean at all.

Stay was mediocre. Property could use some maintenance in the parking lot and room updates. Pull out couch wasn’t comfortable at all, no trash bags in the bins, shower itself was older and had a crack in it. Staff was very nice though.
