The hotel was very clean with excellent staff!

Outside the Hilton was very clean. Had fresh flowers very inviting at the welcome desk very helpful courteous friendly room was neat clean breakfast was excellent.

I felt the room was dirty, and the hallways smelt like smoke even though I chose a non smoking area. The staff wasn’t very helpful and it was expensive for the water to still be $2 each

The shower was broken in room 247. I didn’t have time in the morning when I discovered it was broken to get it fixed.

The building felt old and there were things that were broken. The elevators felt old and had broken buttons. The room was ok. It was adequate for one night, but wouldn't stay again unless it was a really good deal.

As a former hotel worker please need make sure that all hair is removed properly from the bathroom. Is absolutely disgusting judging in the shower to find other people pubic hair in the shower. The carpet in the elevator is absolutely tripping hazard.

Was good except kids running up and down the halls and screaming until midnight, hard to sleep

Friendly staff. Beautiful, clean room with comfortable beds. awesome pool for the kids, even though it was a bit cold. I wish you didn’t have to pay for breakfast but understandable and nice to be able to opt out if you’d rather not eat at the hotel. Great location and would stay there again!

The property was very dated and in my opinion not worth the money we got a deluxe suite and i was not impressed with it i even went to the front desk and asked if there were better rooms and they said i was in there best room. Not impressed at all for a Hilton
