All around great hotel!

My autistic daughter and I stayed here for the second time. This time we stayed for a week and we will be back again in the future. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The pool was super cold so we couldn’t enjoy that and were hoping to hang out in the hot tub but it was always closed. My daughter can’t take showers due to her sensory issues and somehow we got a room without a tub. I will make sure that doesn’t happen next time. That was my mistake in not verifying that we had a tub. Overall the location is spectacular!! There are so many restaurants nearby and the shopping is great. Definitely one of our favorite locations in Polk County.

The staff was welcoming and we loved the wine get together.The breakfast was great.I was very surprised at how the staff was so friendly ,other hotels many times made us feel like we were doing a favor by staying at their establishment.

Location Cleaningness

It was clean and breakfast was good. However, I booked a stay here specifically for the pool, hot tub, bathtub in my room and fireplace out side which was advertised having and non of the above were working or available. I could get no refund, nor did they give any upgrade since I went through a third party the front desk said. Needless to say I never give poor reviews but was very disappointed.

Clean, awesome rooms, lots of gather spaces

Staff worked with us when we found issues with the room we were given. Very thoughtful and responsive to come up with a good solution.

Potatoes weren't cooked throughly, bet everything else was good.

Rooms were clean, loved having the ceiling fan! Staff was friendly. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Only issues were no flavored creamers for coffee and a broken window in the pool area.
