We love Staybridge! They are the best!

Clean room, breakfast was great each morning we were there, and staff was friendly.

Claire, the front desk attendant, was great. Such a warm welcome upon our arrival. Very concerned about making sure we were comfortable.

Loved the room. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. We have family in the area, so we will be back.

Bugs in the rooms. Ants and black little bugs. Breakfast was empty at 9am and Noone restocked. We did not even get to eat. They just started putting things away instead of restocking, there were a lot of people. The pool and hot tub were down and the workout room was down.

Friendly Staff, Clean and Comfortable Place to Stay. Will stay there again, when in town!

Negatives that outweigh significantly - I needed a room with a 24 hour pool and even called should of time to make sure pool room was open but pool was freezing and hottub was just warm none of the kids that stayed from other rooms swam either we were very disappointed, i also chose a room with a fireplace and couldn’t use it at all the knob was broken and i guess maintenance doesn’t operate on the weekends, our showers were also lukewarm which was frustrating as the pool was already freezing maybe the water heater went out? unsure but the only reason this got any stars at all was because the staff that was there were at least nice and tried to be helpful as this stuff isn’t able to be fixed by regular staff

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the room were extremely poor. The bathroom door would not close at all because the tile was broken and uneven, causing the door to lean. Around the outside of the shower and on the ceiling there was significant black discoloration, which appeared to be mold (though I can’t say for certain). Regardless of what it was, it was alarming and made the bathroom feel unsanitary and uncomfortable to use. These are not minor cosmetic issues—they are basic cleanliness and safety concerns that should never be present in a hotel room. Given the condition of the bathroom, it was difficult to feel relaxed or confident about the overall cleanliness of the room. On a positive note, the breakfast was good and well-prepared, which I appreciated
