The check in lady was loud & rude. First time that I know hotel does not provide changing towels on the 2nd day as mentioned by the young man at front desk. But there were no notice on the hotel bath room. Anyway, this is unacceptable. Why ... this is happened at Holiday Inn.... !!!

Fully worth its cost. Breakfast was great compared for hotel breakfast. The best part was that they do daily housekeeping. It was so good to return to a clean and refreshed room.

They brought in a machine for me because I only had 1 leg and told me I could take my medicine without being fined It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my deposit
