Nice economical hotel

From approaching the parking lot all the way to the entrance was poor lobby was clean, but all the furniture was dirty. I took pictures of it. I don’t understand why they will have light color, furniture, cream, color, furniture, and big stains like obvious dirty stains right on the pillows I was shocked How the pictures wasn’t nothing like the actual experience. The floor in the bathroom was sticky. My headboard was worn and you could see where people actually was sleeping before me because it has faded so badly that yup can dark circles where they rest the head…The bed wasn’t properly made , It was stains on the sheets and the bathroom floor was sticky. I had a view of the pool, which was not open. It was badly maintained with a cover on top of it that was filled with dirty water. It was really not a great experience. You can see. It was once a nice hotel but they let it go down. I will not stay again nor would I recommend to anyone…!!!!!!!!!!

The A/C could have also been cooler.

You can definitely tell this is an older hotel that hasn't been maintained all that well. The halls and elevators could use some TLC. The staff was scarce. The whole atmosphere seemed a little uninviting. All that being said, the stay was just ok.

One of the worst places I've stayed. We had to move rooms because of bugs on the sofa and an unidentifiable mess on the carpet. Our second room had no conditioner in the shower and a non-working coffee maker. There were crumbs and debris on the lobby carpet when we checked in that was still there when we checked out two days later.

The restaurant is advertized as open, but the kitchen closes early so only the bar is open, although there are no hours posted. There was a storm when we arrived and internet access was out. It was still out midday the following day. The front desk asked we write our card information for payment on a blank sheet of printer paper upon check-in, even though we booked and paid through a third-party. We ultimately only stayed one of the four nights originally booked and opted to move hotels because we did not feel comfortable with this location. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful in us checking out early.

This property is in very concerning condition. Our family booked 3 rooms and had several issues. We were given keys to a room that had never been cleaned. Another room had ants all over the sofa. The rooms were never serviced while we were there. There were large bugs in the rooms. While most of the staff did try to help, we were told that the person at the front desk was the only employee available. Another guest became belligerent and aggressive with the young girl at the desk and she shared that there were no other employees in the entire hotel to help her. We asked to talk to a manager several times and no one was available. The toilet ran constantly and I couldn't get anyone to look at it. Our closet was broken and couldn't be opened. The coffee machine didn't work. The pool was not even uncovered much less ready for guests in mid June. The lobby floor looked like a small child may have eaten crackers there but it was not vacuumed and stayed covered in crumbs our entire stay. The bar was never open. There were no working ice machines and the Sundries area was virtually empty. A ceiling tile was discolored and sagging from the weight of water in it. Later in our stay it caved in. I would not recommend staying here.

The first room we were checked into was not serviced, bed slept in, towels on the floor. Second room was clean but missing coffee, bath towel was dirty or horribly stained. Ceiling right outside of room fell in and had water pouring in onto the floor. Our friends first room had ants all over the sleeper sofa and no other room to move them to the first night.

There was a $11.00 charge for breakfast oer person. We didn't eat there that morning. Free coffee was offered so I had one cup before I checked out. There was no.cable offered on the in room tvs... you needed to use apps with your sign information. I will not do that.

The hotel was, just ok. Needs to be updated

Hotel was a total disappointment for a Marriot branded facility. From parking lot, interior halls, elevators and room just nasty. Touch point areas needed to be cleaned. Bedding had spots all over them. You have to ask to get room service and we were lucky 1 out of 7 day stay. We requested 5 out of 7. Breakfast is $27 or 2 - $55, outrageous. Can't recommend at the $154 price point we paid. It's a D level facility.

When I booked, I chose facilities with breakfast, but when I checked in was informed, breakfast was not included. Room and facilities were not to Marriott standard. Room was not that clean.

Clean rooms and quiet area good dining options

We were there for a weekend soccer tournament. It was definitely the worst hotel we've ever stayed at.

Had a great stay at this location. We come here often when traveling to Chicago or the Chicago land area. The staff is great, the rooms were clean, and the rate was super affordable. Overall a good time.

Messy check-in. Dirty bathroom. Clogged shower drain. Noisy hallways. To be avoided.

Nothing for what I paid The aesthetics could’ve been better. I feel like it was a old hotel and it was remodeled a little bit, but you could tell a lot more needs to be done.

Guest washing machine out of order. 3 night stay but housekeeping never made a single appearance. Ran out of towels and facial tissue. Water and tea/coffee never replenished. Key cards deactivated on second night of stay. Bathtub could not be used. No stopper. Shower curtain too short. Water everywhere. Overall clean and quiet but very disappointed. Free onsite parking was the only bonus.

The TV didn't work and neither did the phone in my room
