They had some issues with them taking long to give us a TV one in the room was not working was informed of renovations being done sooy

The property was run down. The rooms were unclean, moldy, and smelled of urine. The bathroom and the towels were unclean. Some light fixtures did not work. I was shown a second room which was in the same condition as the first. The sink had multiple cracks puttied together.

Would not have walked on the floor barefoot. The a/c constantly came off and on wouldn’t hold the temperature. We stay only because we we’re leaving early next morning.

BUYER BEWARE: DISGUSTING -- the photos online do NOT match what you see in person, and definitely do not let you smell how BADLY the rooms smell! We ended up in one room that had black mold in several places with a non-working AC and smelled funky. We were switched to a different room: working AC, but with filth & debris on the floor, urine on the broken toilet seat and the worst part of all was the STINK. I was beyond grateful that I hadn't brought my children! This was supposed to be an overnight getaway for my husband and me and this hotel was devastating. I showed my husband the photos as we were standing in the room and lobby and yes, they look similar, but ever so cleverly taken or edited to not give you the real view, and definitely not the STINK. We requested a refund because we could not stay there -- you couldn't breathe in the room and I had no desire to see another room. The front desk told us that the site we booked through had to provide the refund but the site told us that the hotel had to give us the refund so BUYER BEWARE! Learn from our mistake and STAY AWAY!!! (And yes, I took photos but they're on my phone and I'm completing this online. Do you really need a photo of a broken toilet seat with urine on it or the filth on the floor or the mold on the AC or elsewhere?!)

This hotel failed on security, cleanliness, and customer service. The most serious issue occurred at check-in when I was issued a key to another guest’s room. That is a major security and privacy failure. The manager later stated the issue was resolved because the key was replaced, but replacing the key does not change the fact that the breach occurred. The cleanliness and condition of the property were also disappointing. The continental breakfast had very little food available, and I witnessed a woman who appeared to be unhoused handling breakfast items with her bare hands while staff did nothing. Watching someone touch food intended for guests without any intervention was unacceptable. We also chose not to use the pool because there were visible clumps of hair floating in the water. Our bedding and sheets had stains.After my stay, I provided photographs and detailed documentation of these issues. After six days of follow-up and more than two hours spent with customer service, I was told the hotel had no records of cleanliness concerns and declined to provide any compensation. The hotel’s position appears to be that because I completed my stay, the documented issues no longer matter. I disagree. Guests should not have to spend their vacation documenting problems, chasing management, and fighting for accountability afterward. I cannot recommend this property. Being issued a key to another guest’s room alone is reason enough not to return.

At first look the place looked clean and good except the sink had cracks in it that sometime tried to repair. That was ok though it could still be used. When we pulled the sheet back to get in one if the beds it hadn't been cleaned. There was black stuff all over it. It has clearly been remade without sheets being changed. No discount or refund was offered to me.

It was a lil noisy but it was ok as far as clean and staff was helpful

Roaches in room. Didn't see them until early morning. Poo on bathroom door casing. Bed hard as a brick. Hardly anything to eat for breakfast. Not stocked at all. No milk for cereal, no forks for waffles, no cups for coffee and orange juice was watered down and nasty. Don't waste your money!!

The property was in shambles. Very outdated. Room smelled musty and like smoke. Bed spread had stains and a cigarette burn.

I was very impressed!! The room was not only affordable, but the hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, and just a short walk from the ocean!

I tried to save money , but this place is not good for a family. It might work for a single person , who wants the cheapest , but doesn't care much about cleanliness, breakfast etc. as mentioned above. I don't think I will ever come back here with family - though if I am single, I might consider if I don't get any other options elsewhere

Don’t stay here. First night the headboard fell off the wall and broke my laptop charger. They ended up charging me to fix the headboard and they wouldn’t offer compensation for my laptop charger.

We made the reservation for 2 days in this hotel and When got into the room We found a Lot bed bugs in the bed so We needed to cancel this reservation and now they sent the receipt for about $500 so I need my money back I did not spent and time in this place
