Rooms were decent but not the cleanest. Slow check in at front desk Slow check in and the room was not the cleanest

The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable enough. It was a decent price for the time of year. Negatives: Pool sign says it closes at 9 but staff says 8. Honestly 8 pm is a little early. Seems like a lot of transients/ long term tenants.

Check in and employees were very nice , ice machine was out of order and breakfast was terrible if you call toast and cereal a continental breakfast

It was cheap It was cheap. Third fl hallway smells of mould. The room I was in - 326, the musty mould smell assailed my nostril cavity the moment I entered the room. The male staff member said he could move me “as I checked in the night before” (I’d been out ALL day) he sprayed something into the AC unit which made as much use as tits on a bull. The pillows were so cloud like - 4 didn’t make 1 normal pillow and due to the synthetic man made $2 comforter, I sweated like I was delving into hades which made the sheets as cool as the summit of Everest. Aforementioned male member, proceeded to ask if I had turned off the AC? Dude. The smell had permeated the paint on the walls the issue had been neglected for months to achieve said level of nasal objection. Also of note is the lack of conditioner and why can’t tradesman ever get the soap holder level? Functional = 0.

Plenty of other options in Wilmington.

The breakfast could use an update and the oool closes kind of early. But over all a great place!
