The breakfast had good choices. The rooms was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is a great location and less than 10 minutes to the beach! The room was good, not great. There was sand in the bathtub when we arrived and trash under the pullout sofa. The bathroom was spacious. Loved the large closet for extra space. Comfy beds. Unfortunately, I can't leave a review for the pool. We went to use it one evening and a child had used the bathroom in the pool. The family didn't tell the staff so I went in and reported what I had heard. The lady at the desk didn't seem to know what to do so I wasn't confident that it was going to be sanitized properly so we didn't attempt to use the pool again. Another unfortunate event was being woken up super early by a dog barking in the room next to us for an hour. I reported it to the front desk. He said they weren't supposed to have a dog and he would handle it. Later, after a day at the beach, we returned to the dog barking. I once again, called down to the desk, in which the girl said she would handle it and get back to me (she didn't). We then went out shopping and when we returned the dog was barking again. This time I went down to the front desk. Although she was "unsure of the policy" (which confused me - clearly you can't have dogs barking in your hotel), she did end up figuring things out and called them while I stood there and handled it. It should not have taken me complaining three times to get it handled. Overall, it was a good experience and we would stay here again.

Staff was friendly, nice location. The hotel itself was terrible. Bathroom door was broken and unable to open/close. Moldy showers. Previous guests food left in the microwave that clearly wasn’t checked or cleaned. Sink took about an hour to drain. Half the lights didn’t work/ burnt bulbs. Overall it was fine for what was needed, but would never go back or recommend to a friend.

Very nice hotel. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean. Breakfast included, that's always nice. There's also ample free parking! Walking distance to Mayfaire.

This hotel and staff was awesome. Very clean. Hugh room and plenty of breakfast options. Pool open later till like midnight would have been nice

Nice pool and decent breakfast No tea to drink, would have been good to have some bagged teas options for guests. ( not just in the morning) eg herbal and English breakfast.

Rude. Missed a day of cleaning my room. When they did finally come late the next day, they didn’t do anything apart from empty a trash can. Left the beds unmade, dumped a pile of towels on the surface all bunched up and had hairs on them. The housekeeping staff were also lined up in the morning at the coffee stations getting drinks and would not move out of the way for the guests. No printer in the Business Centre, had to ask front desk to print some papers off for me. Front desk staff and Manager were great. Would not stay here again.

I made the mistake of moving the floor lamp in my room. When I did, its base left behind a perfect circle of clean carpet, making me realize that the carpet was supposed to have white in it, not just dark brown and blue.

The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Some broken tiles here and there. Bugs here and there on carpet in hall. Pillows were air and nothing else.

The breakfast was good,we had some issues with our room but everything was taken care of before we checked out
